Great property, superb inhouse naturalists (Ratna and Waseem), an awesome Chef, fantastic staff who don’t know the word “NO”. Add the beautiful Kanha forest and you have all the right ingredients to make this the Best Jungle Stay option!!!

Wonderful location, in the midst of forest, minimalist but with all comforts. Staff is very friendly, prompt and well conversant. We were only two of us in the lodge in those dates but head chef dished out varied menu every meal. Food is excellent, service impeccable, and we were served candle light bush dinner, breakfast by river, on the machaan...all without even asking them ! A must stay lodge to soak forest quiet and thrill with all your needs thoughtfully taken care of. Thankyou Mr Wasim and entire Saccharum team for making our stay a memorable one. Wasim and his team were exemplary in offering comfort, personalized service and a wide knowledge about the floral and fauna at Kanha. From the moment the team greets you at the gate to the time they see you off, they are by your side all the time! What touched me most was the passion, the earnestness as well as the enthusiasm they all reflected in their work, whether it was Chef's innovative menus, Madhuri's driving us around the zones, or the staff's pandering to the individual needs - three cheers for the gentle *** who made Saccharum a wonderful experience in the wild - kudos to you Wasim!

Blown away by our entire experience! The lodge was beautifully done out, clean and comfortable with fabulous, authentic mud and straw construction combined with great shower, amenities and a/c Our host Wasin went above and beyond to create a great stay for us. His team put in a lot of effort to create beautiful spaces for us to dine in and the chef Akshendra fed us incredible food themed from around the world in our 4 day stay. He also catered to our children’s taste and needs! Kanha national park was beautiful and I would highly recommend using Wasin and his wife as naturalists for your visit. He also organises walks and visits to the other national parks if desired. The tiger sightings were incredible and we enjoyed 7 safaris, seeing over 20 tiger sightings as well as lucky to see a sloth bear! The swimming pool at the lodge was an absolute bonus to our whole experience. We had a lot of fun playing and cooling off in the afternoons. Fabulous walks are around the lodge… a real gem!

We have been to the beautiful Kanha National Park a number of times, but this is the first time at Saccharum. It is a wildlife paradise in itself. The current owners are a delightful couple who have transformed the whole grounds into a very comfortable place to stay. Only a small proportion of the area has been been upgraded to high standard individual lodges with all the modern amenities, and the rest, some 50+ acres, has been re-wilded. So, they have a myriad of wildlife within their boundary. It is an amazing place. Also their chef is very special, concocting his own individual delights to suit all tastes. It is a short drive from Mukki Gate, the main entrance to Kanha. In our opinion, as well seasoned Indian wildlife travellers, there is no better place to stay. Thoroughly recommended

this was one of the best resort I have been to so far a place to relax urself from the busy life. Picture yourself surrounded by towering trees and the soothing sounds of the jungle as you indulge in a delectable feast under the stars. The ambiance was simply magical, creating memories that will last a lifetime.The candlelight dinner at the machan elevated my experience to new heights. Perched amidst the treetops, with nothing but the soft glow of candles illuminating the night, it was a truly romantic and intimate affair. The attention to detail in every aspect of the evening, from the exquisite cuisine to the impeccable service, was truly commendable.Aside from the extraordinary dining experiences, the resort itself boasts luxurious accommodations, impeccable hospitality. my experience at this Saccharum was nothing short of exceptional.
