From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making it a truly memorable experience for my family – including our two-year-old.   The hospitality here is top-tier. The team was attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. Whether it was arranging extra pillows or offering timely assistance, they anticipated our needs with a smile.   The food was a highlight of our trip – some of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel! The breakfast spread was lavish, with fresh, flavourful options, and dinner menus offered a delightful mix of local and international dishes. Every meal felt like a gourmet experience!   Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Modern Hotel Baku made it effortless. They provided fresh milk for our little one at various times of the day without hesitation, and even offered snacks tailored for kids. The staff’s patience and willingness to accommodate our needs (like high chairs or kid-friendly utensils) made us feel completely at ease.     For the level of service, amenities, and quality we received, the price was unbelievably reasonable. It’s rare to find such affordability paired with luxury – this hotel nails it!   Modern Hotel Baku is a gem for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. Their attention to detail, dedication to guest satisfaction, and focus on creating a welcoming environment for children set them apart. We left feeling pampered, well-fed, and already planning our next visit!   It's hardly at distance from Nizami Street/Little Venice/Daniz Mall/Old Baku/Carpet Museum all at max 3-4Manat taxi fare.   – if you’re heading to Baku, look no further than this hotel. The staff was great! They assisted me with many taxis and even helped me order late night food. The room service food was phenomenal as well. The breakfast quality varied but had a variety of things. Now, the room. My tv was broken and shifted the colors on screen like it was a prism in a tornado. My lights didn’t work for about a day and the room was next to the elevator. Location was a bit out of the way, but at least taxis are cheap!

Overall was fine, the hotel needs some renovation, and the rooms seem old. The breakfast was not good, I had to take the breakfast outside every day. I would like to thank Nijat from reception and also bellboy Ramazan is very helpful and a good man. Also, Ali from the lobby Bar. I want Aldo to thank Rami from the transportation, he did a great service to me when we went to Shahdag with his Driver Farid. Thanks to everyone again and hope to take my feedback as a positive to enhance the hotel.

Hotel located far from most attraction. very bad service. I couldnt get AC for 2 rooms. When I complain they ask me to open windows. beds are very simple and old linens. I dont recommend this hotel

I asked for early check in but they asked me to pay more and I applied for cancellation booking, they refused. Very bad experience ever. Location is not so good too

It is a affordable one and its okay to stay if you are on a tight budget.😊

Very good hotel

Гостиница расположена далеко от старого города, это лишние затраты на такси. Пешком долго. Рецепшен круглосуточно, но ночью выключают свет при входе. Номера довольно старые, но все работало, которые холодильника. Унитаз качался. Перед отъездом поливать вода с потолка санузла. Персонал не весь знает другие языки, кроме азейбарджанского, возникает языковой барьер.

環境還可以，但是設施不是很好，屋裡很冷，而且床頭沒有接電口，枱燈用不了手機也無法充電，入住其中一天門打不開了，因為門鎖沒電

設施：總體來説無功無過，早餐8點開始，吃的東西種類有些貧瘠，最好吃的竟然是餅乾類的 衞生：還不錯，很乾凈 環境：不在鬧市區，但是打車也比較方便 服務：阿塞拜疆整體服務水平就很一般，沒有期待就沒有失望😞 值得一提的是：用權益換了提早入住和早餐，酒店竟然不知道。後面跟客服溝通之後才可以。

優點：房間很大 缺點：一定要注意他的入住時間，不然會等到發瘋！他強制要求必須2點以後才能辦理入住

相機丟在酒店了，前台很好心幫忙

早餐品種豐富，酒店服務熱情有禮周到，價格不貴

一切都還馬馬虎虎，畢竟價格便宜。
