We are from india and stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and infant of 11 months. Staff here is very friendly and helpful. They helped us to cook food for our baby and also helped us in all requests. We will recommend this hotel to everyone as this property is at nizami street and everything is easily accessible by walk. Rooms are clean and room service is available 24hrs.

Overall a pleasant stay at the theatrum hotel. The location of hotel is not on a vehicular street which means a car cannot drop you in front of your hotel. The nearest car park location is 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the luggage bags had to be hand carried to & fro. The location of the hotel on the nizami street is the best part of this property. The morning breakfast was included in our stay. The menu hardly changed any day. However the staff was courteous and would oblige for any personal request.

The location of the hotel is super. It's right on nizami street. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet is also good. Rooms are very small. Ideal for solo travellers.

Very much impressed by the hotel and the staff there very cooperative they provided the best services the rooms are also clean and comfortable the food they provide is also very good and they made us breakfast of our choice . I hoghly recomend this hotel to stay

Rooms are very small and below average in interiors and facilities. There are no options for Vegetarian people excel few salads and limited fruits. Restaurant staff and Managers are non-cooperative and do not help Vegetarian or Jain people in breakfast. Not recommended to travel to this hotel if you are one of them.

I wouldn't rate this hotel as 5-star, but our experience was entirely adequate. Centrally located, the hotel was near to most tourist attractions in Baku. We chose to book the cheapest room, as it had a very attractive price. While it was well appointed, this was a mistake. The room was windowless and while spacious, was quite hot. My top tip would be to pay a little extra for a room with windows. This will make your stay exponentially better.
