房間乾淨衞生，睡覺也很舒服，地點不錯進出方便，停車也方便方便安全。前台服務還比較好。

Хороший отель, большой номер, чистый, расположен в пешеходной зоне. Завтрак разнообразный, по-сербски питательный ) Один большой минус - отель недоступен для транспорта ! Парковка есть, но будьте готовы тащить чемоданы на руках, обходя здание по периметру! Если вы в возрасте или ограничены в движении - будет проблематично! Услуги носильщиков не наблюдал вообще. Хотя остальной персонал (только девушки) дружелюбный и приветливый.

Good stuff, very polite. Hotel is clean and cozy. We spent 4 days in this hotel , it is located in a good location and we will visit it again.

Not properly clean room and restroom. They not set bed sheets as should be and not changed same.

This was unfortunately very disappointing stay. Parking was horrible! Breakfast included, but not served. We got up at 7:00 am to continue our trip. Staff unaware when breakfast served or in which part of hotel. Had to pay for coffee. Left in a hurry!

I stayed here with family for two todays . The hotel is an excellent hotel for stay with family. Nice location with easy access to all tourist location , Room is spacious and clean room and high standard . To specially mention is the attitude of the staff who is very friendly and helpful and excellent food . The only thing which I need to mention or the drawback is that they don’t have free tea bags and coffee sachets which is draw back if compared to similar hotels of the same standard and they charge the customer if you use the available teabags.
