This place is heaven. This is the second time we’ve been - we also went in April 2024. The whole property is so well thought out, immaculate and gorgeous, I would walk around being like “is this place real?” The beach is spectacular, perfect water for swimming and just for the hotel. Pools are wonderful too. The staff and overall service is incredible. From the staff on the beach to the people in the restaurants and also the cuates who text you for any requests everyday. When we booked our trip they asked if it was a special occasion and we said it was our baby moon. They then asked if we knew what we were having and we told them it’s a girl. Well they did a bunch of special things for us on the trip for our baby moon and baby girl it was pretty amazing. One of the really nice touches was that they put a pregnancy pillow on the bed for me at turn down service! I was like whoa this is really a thoughtful touch. And it really did help me sleep better. Like wow. They also gave us a little plate of baby themed cookies, one night at dinner surprised us with a dessert and mocktail and champagne and then one day put a bunch of balloons in our room and a beautiful Mexican toy for her. So impressed. Also, the food all over the property is fantastic. We decided just to eat all our meals there. And the spa and gym are top notch too, of course. They also did this festive viewing party for the Super Bowl which was really fun. My husband is a pretty big football fan and we didn’t realize we’d booked our trip to start on Super Bowl Sunday and then he was like this is the best viewing situation I’ve ever experienced! Right along the beach. We hope to come back very soon!

Stunning resort. Exceptional service and attention to detail. Fabulous on site restaurants and food and beverage options. Lovely spa. Everything about the resort is top-notch. We have stayed at 5 star resorts in every continent and this is one of the best. We don’t typically return to the same resort as we like to experience new places but this is a resort we will come back to.
