The location of this Hotel is breathtaking, no picture captures the beauty of this place and the magnificence of the hotel. The staff is fantastic, from the first mail of confirmation, to departure, genuine concern of making you feel at your best. The food is delicious. The room is spacious and impeccable. Definitively a place to return!!

Stayed a weekend with friends. We had an amazing time. The views are unbeatable, so gorgeous! The hospitality was attentive and friendly. José, Andrés, Wil and the team go above and beyond. Food was delish, and I also enjoyed a spa service massage and facial. This place is the perfect getaway, so fortunate to just be able to arrive and stay up on the mountain with all needs taken care of. Would def return, was a perfect weekend with my old pals. This stay was an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived I was blown away by the stunning views and serene atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the stay and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the infinity pool and its unbeatable views of the coast. The restaurant also served delicious and fresh meals with local ingredients. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the beauty and nature of Costa Rica, then this hotel is the perfect choice. We left feeling relaxed and recharged!

Three Sixty is the perfect place to honeymoon or stay for a relaxing vacation! The staff is incredible, they took care of us our entire stay and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We would like to thank Wagner, Jose, Andres, William, Dayana, Roberth, and the entire staff for their excellent service, and kindness. They helped us tremendously with transportation and planning excursions. The food and drinks were great, we liked trying the traditional Costa Rican dishes like the Gallo pinto! Let’s not forget about the views!!! We stayed in the partial ocean view villa and every morning was breathtaking! Being able to hear the sounds of nature and the animals was very peaceful. From our balcony we saw monkeys, and toucans! The view by the pool overlooked the ocean, and the sunsets were unreal!!!

My wife and I just returned from the most romantic trip that we have been on as we celebrated our 30th anniversary. Upon arrival, we are greeted by a guard at the front gate which gave us comfort that we could go anywhere on the property and not worry; not that we were worried. We were then greeted at the parking lot where they took us up to the hotel area. Other reviews don't exaggerate. The entire environment had the best vibes. When you walk in, you have many areas to hang out: from the lobby where we lounged and observed wild animals, to the bar with the most unique drinks, to the restaurant with a awesome food. All of those areas have beautiful views as well as the pool. The infinity pool with it's views and sunsets of the Pacific were picture perfect. Lastly, the Villa's were large, unique, and beautiful with the most incredible views from within the room and out on the patio. There were so many activities to choose from both on property and off property. Our goal was to chill-ax so we only left the property to explore a few things for a few hours. On property, we hiked down the mountain and all around the property, I hit the weight room once, had a massage while my wife had a facial. Most of the time we just chilled at the pool, enjoyed the views, read a book and drank delicious fruit drinks. It was just what the doctor ordered. I can't say enough about all the staff that were so friendly and accommodating. There isn't anything that we asked for that they didn't do; they were all amazing. My only regret was spending just three full days there. Next time, we will be there much longer. I highly recommend a visit to the magnificent place in the mountains of Costa Rica.

My wife and I just spent 4 days in Hotel Three Sixty and enjoyed every minute of it. We were skeptical with it being quite far away from San Jose at first but before booking when we really dug into the area overall, we realized it was exactly where we wanted to be. And ultimately we were very happy with our choice. The hotel itself is perched on top of a mountain so that from every angle it feels like you are sitting on clouds of green with the ocean in the distance. Those clouds are actually all of the tree tops of the lush rainforest that the hotel sits above. The hotel team led by Amalia (who we met) was nothing but superb. Everyone was very friendly, everyone was very helpful and everyone even spoke english (even though we speak spanish) it was still nice. The place is truly breathtaking from every angle. It certainly lives up to its name 360. There is literally views from all 360 degrees of this place. The open aired lobby are the centerpiece of the resort with a great bar and full restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cuisine is international which gives you a mix of everything. And you sit overlooking a giant pool that wraps around what feels like 50% of the resort. The rooms are "bungalow" style laid out in a way to give each room a unique view and privacy as from our room we couldnt see into any other rooms. The rooms were nicely designed, very functional and very very comfortable. We loved the the big terrace hide sliding screen doors. Which allowed us to hear and feel the jungle in our room all the while when we wanted to close it up and turn on the AC we could. Hot water was on call as you would expect in a place of this caliber. The center piece for the room apart from the view was the bed. Linens were top notch and the kind you look forward to getting into at the end of a long day. The room had a tv and cable but to be honest, we spent more time enjoying the view with the cocktail than watching tv. When we weren't in the pool nor in the room we were very active. The front desk has an amazing book of tours and excursions with plenty of things to do. The team at 360 coordinated everything and in general Costa Rica has A LOT to offer. The first day was travel, arrival, decompress and chill. Our second day had us on horseback early in the morning going up to see an amazing waterfall called Nauyaca. I would definitely recommend horseback as the way to go but they do have a truck option as well as you can walk it. Once you get there you can swim in the water (there are changing rooms/bathrooms there so bring a change of clothes if you plan on taking a dip.) The tour guides are pros and they have horses that fit all shapes, sizes and experience levels. Its mostly a walk up the mountain but there are a few points where you can run/trot with the horses if you want to. On the way down, you stop at a private restaurant and eat some great home cooked Costa Rican food. The whole tour is a couple

Trip was mid to late June, so it was low season, but surprisingly nice weather. Husband and I did the all inclusive package. It was well worth it!! The pick up at the hotel was flawless. It was around a 4 hour drive from San Jose but amazing to see the scenery. We made a little stop to stretch our legs. Once we got to the hotel we were overwhelmed with how amazing it was. Food was top notch. Drinks were made with love, and the views, exactly what you see on the website! Will, Diana, and Robert were always there for us. It’s a laid back vibe and if you want a drink don’t feel bad asking. They don’t want to bother you! We had a massage and it was spectacular. My husband is now a fan!! They let us have a late check out and stayed a few extra hours. We were nervous that there would be some kind of bill at the end for Taxes or Tips… and nope, it was all inclusive. We left regular “extra” tips for staff, but it never felt expected. We will be back again. We didn’t do any of the excursions.. this was a relaxing few days for us. Go!! Now!!! Book Now!!!

It's very rare for me to write reviews of any kind, but Hotel Three Sixty is more than deserving of it. Our stay at the hotel was a truly amazing and memorable experience. The hotel is small, with only 12 rooms/villas, but that only adds to its charm. The property is located at the top of a mountain overlooking both the ocean and the forest (keep an eye out for monkeys, toucans and other wildlife!). In addition to the incredible views and the beautiful grounds of the hotel itself, the staff at Hotel Three Sixty is second to none. From the moment we arrived, José and Andres gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home. José also did an excellent job helping us arrange a tour to Corcovado National Park, and he even helped us with a last-minute itinerary change. The restaurant/bar staff (Dayana, Robert, and Will) were equally welcoming and provided top-notch customer service throughout our entire stay. It didn't go unnoticed that every time we went to the pool, they made sure we had water right away without us even needing to ask. Dayana ended up being our server/bartender for most of our time there, and she was extremely kind, professional and a joy to talk to every day. The bellhops/drivers were awesome, too, and very friendly - especially Javier, who always greeted us with a smile and took time to talk to us. I can honestly say I have never had a better or more personalized experience at a hotel as I had at Hotel Three Sixty, and I highly recommend it to anyone that is planning to visit the area. We definitely plan to return!
