The farmhouse is located within a 50 hectare farm, enjoying absolute tranquility. The farmhouse can be reached from Bagnoregio along the valley road for 8 km plus 1.5 km of company road. Rome is 90 km away Orvieto 25 km Bolsena 25 km, Bagnoregio eight km. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. a double bedroom with bathroom is located on the ground floor. private swimming pool measuring eleven by five metres, a very particular place at the top of a hill. Some sections of the road are uphill but cemented and, being in the countryside, some stretches of dirt road are not recommended. Low sports cars are not recommended.
