To be totally fair, an amazing package of local biscuits did arrive , following my recent report. I felt unable to take them sadly. Leaving in the morning. There is much work that the owners and management team need to undertake to truly provide a relaxing and safe environment for their guests.

We knew the history of this unique place, which we found even more fascinating. Wherever you walk in the resort, you breathe a special air; despite the Hotel declaring itself in soft opening, the genuineness and professionalism of the staff, the hospitality and the services make it an absolutely above all expectations place. Spotless property, charming rooms, superbly clean pool A single suggestion, which we know is already in the many ideas for next year, regarding a golf car that allows frequent trips to the beautiful Golf Club.

the Land of the hotel has the feel of a parking lot. Concrete and fences everywhere. The gym is closed and the service not very capable. They made you pay at the front office non refundable before you were even able to check into the room. They probably were trying to hide the state this place is in. The rooms are dark and straight out of the early nineties regarding design and furniture. The showers are in the bathtub and For what they are offering it’s way to expensive.

Air conditioning did not work. We had to change a couple of rooms to get better service. Refrigerators in all rooms did not work, and it took some time to fix it. The Internet did not work and we had to wait for a couple of days, while they were working on restoring it.

Probably the worst hotel I have staid at in the last 5 years. Service was non existent. Most staff are rude. They don’t have the gym the advertise. Rooms are dirty . Old food etc not removed from rooms . Cannot why a drink before 12 and then only at the pool !!! They need to go back to hotel school to learn how to run a hotel

La struttura è tenuta in modo esemplare, la pulizia degli ambienti è assolutamente impeccabile. La nota dolens riguarda la mancata coccola verso il cliente, che dovrebbe essere di prassi in un resort. Scarsa l'attenzione nel rifare la stanza, il secondo giorno in bagno mancavano gli asciugamani ospite, il sapone per le mani e l'acqua nel frigobar. Il luogo non consente di trascorrere in maniera alternativa il dopocena, poiché, pur avendo a disposizione ampi spazi, non sono previste attività di intrattenimento consone alla tipologia di struttura. Ciò vuol dire che bisogna prendere l'auto e recarsi nei centri limitrofi. Pecche anche sulla colazione con prodotti da forno non freschi di giornata ed esposti, senza alcuna protezione . Personale molto pressionale e disponibile.

Die gesamte Anlage ist keine Reise wert, am Tage hat man keine Möglichkeit, einen Kaffee zu trinken, man wurde auf den Pool verwiesen. Hier gab es außer einen Nespresso mit kalter Milch nichts. Das Restaurant hat nur am Abend geöffnet, nach zwei Tagen hat man die Speisekarte durch. Die Auswahl war sehr limitiert, kein Wechsel der Karte in vier Tagen. Der Service ist bemüht, aber nicht ausgebildet. Früher war es ein dem Hilton Konzern angeschlossenes Hotel, aber heute……. Die ganze Gegend wirkt irgendwie verlassen, wie ein verlassener betonierter Dorfplatz, man hat keine Auswahlmöglichkeiten abends essen zu gehen! Die Zimmer klein, die Dusche ebenfalls. Keine 5 Sterne!!! Die meisten Gäste waren Golfer, die den Golfplatz nebenan nutzen. Frühstück war gut!

Ottimo ma migliorabile in qualche piccolo dettaglio Assolutamente una bella struttura, tornerò volentieri. Considerando il livello il prezzo e il tipo di clientela consiglio un paio di miglioramenti: la colazione che dovrebbe avere maggiore assortimento e maggiore qualità e poi il servizio bar- piscina da migliorare nell qualità sia per i drink aperitivo sua per il pranzo. La cena al ristorante direi di un livello molto alto. In generale personalemolto cortese.
