Himalaya Darshan Resort

We stayed here in December for 2 nights. Unfortunately our drive from Jim Corbett took 7 hrs. instead of 5hrs.We got here only at 9pm -it was cold and a rainy day. We very graciously greeted by the owner and his staff. About the Hotel- Its a very nice quaint property nestled in the pristine mountain. I would call it more of a home stay than a hotel as the property has many homely vibes. We booked the executive room for the Himalayan view however we had very bad weather during our stay so we barely got to see the Himalayan view as it was all fogged up. However the positives of this hotels are the amazing Location, the delicious food and the lovely hospitality offered to you by the owner. My room unfortunately felt very cold in the night. The owner explained to us that since they have a single transformer they cannot put more heaters in the room. The heaters also start after 10 pm. I'm sure this property is a delight to stay in the summers. Also I would like to mention the Owner's son Shivam was very quick to confirm our reservations and was very resourceful when we asked him questions with regards to our itinerary. They also have free accommodation for the driver and his meals. Sightseeing in Kausani: Things you must see is the Vaidyanth Temple and Kot Bhramari Temple for the view if not for religious purpose. The tea estate can be skipped however we bought a lot of organic and Kumoani products from the shop at the tea estate. The maggi at the shop was delicious. The resort can improvise on the below: 1.Heaters in the room 2.Room /bathroom repair and maintenance work. The tile of my bathroom was broken. The bath room door did not close. 3.They can provide for Bisleri Bottles instead of the regular water. 4.Toiletries in the bathroom can be of better quality. 5.The Road to the hotel can be tarred. To sum it up ,The Himalayan Darshan Resort is a very decent property

And I must say, it's an absolute paradise! I have been to this property twice and have stayed for 7 days overall( includes my visits in 2023 and 2024). In all, it's a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat amidst nature's splendor. With its perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and warm hospitality, this resort will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and inspired. Can't wait to go back to breadth a bit of wilderness and see the Trishul Himalayan pic from the 360 degree balcony. I stayed in Himalayan Darshan Resort for 2 days and I really want to appreciate the Owner of Himalayan Darshan Resort and all members who were serving to us. Property is situated in very lush green area also very clear and awesome view of Himalaya. Behavior: Behavior of all including owner is very much professional and friendly. I felt that I am staying with family members. Food: Food is like home and Can't find even a single fault. They are very much efficient in cooking and they modified food as per my taste. They cooked fresh food everyday which was very healthy. Thanks to Himalayan Darshan Team .

We had 2nd trip in the span of 6 months.....i heard that in the month of nov tge view of himalaya range is the most picturesque. So to hav the view and birding i planned to go kausani again and the reaort and manoj ji made my trip most memorable.....we stayed there for 3 nights, which is needed to make never lasting in our memories....in this season, we found juicy orange fruits, birding on these fruits, the delicious kumaon food, the landscapes of 300 kms himalaya range, trekking, some most beautiful birds and the tranquility.....the staff of the resort made our stay so comfortable........i wish to be there again and again....in my last trip in the month of april tge beauty was different and in the month of nov the beauty is differently beautiful....I would say that this resort beautify kausani more and more....i thank the resort managers from the core of our hearts for having the best hospitality and food.....

The property is extremely beautiful with serene surroundings and with majestic view of Himalayas, situated amidst beautiful pine and oak trees with chirping sound of birds gives you a peaceful and joyful experience, rooms are very neat and clean with bathroom and running hot water The owner of the property Mr.Manoj Arora is very courteous and personally took care of us while the manager and other staff are also very supportive and respectful, food is excellent. It's a home away from home where you feel pampered, my children enjoyed a lot, overall It's an exhilarating and blissful experience which we left on a note to come back in winters for a couple of days more to get recharged away from hussle and bustle of our daily life I would extremely recommend that atleast one should go there for a lifetime experience.

Himalaya darshan offers a serene and peaceful stay amidst nature with unparalleled hospitality from the staff. Mr. Puran Singh the manager and Dheeraj one of the caretaker were specially helpful, also they had an excellent cook, we traveled with a toddler the hotel offered khichdi for the kid and rawa that she loved. We had a wonderful stay and would visit again when in Kausani.
