Nice place, location are good, no food, no tea, in this hotel but room nit and clean, beach, titoo, near to hotel.

1. Room service is not available 2. Electricity light in room is insufficient 3. Owner kept the original id. After argument he was returned. 4. Room is cleaned, big size, nearest to baga beach

It is a great place to stay from all points of view. All facilities are accessible as per goa.

The owner is very good and polite person. He also provided us early check in. The place is hardly 5 min walkable distance from tito's lane. The rooms are neat and clean. I will recommend this place who is going with family for sure.

The owner was very rude. Would never recommend anyone stay in that guest house. We were asked to early vacate the room. He was not even giving us 10 minutes what kind of behaviour is that. He should learn some manners and go back to school. The guest house was also not upto the mark what a waste of money charged this much and was not even giving us water generally hotels give 2 bottles water for the days the guest are staying. Why i have paid so much when there is no basic facilities. when the owner doesnot follow basic government guidelines to give bottle of water to guest why we would follow his rules.Really horrible experience.
