Very nice hotel with nice facilities (spa and pool) and also very good location (right in front of Therme St Katerin and very close to mailbrunnach ski lift). As a sidenote we did stay in the newer rooms. The food is also nice, the breakfast is fairly rich and the dinner is very good and high quality. Overall, a good price-quality report.

Everybody was friendly in the Hotel and on the ski sklops. Also terme in Bad are totaly relaxing. We were there in the end of january and at the begining of the february, when it was not crowded on the lifts and ski sklops. We would like to come here again.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the ski lift. Very convenient when you can reach all ski resorts on skis with one entry. The hotel has a very good spa and a nice outdoor pool with thermal water. Recommended for people who like to ski and enjoy swimming and sauna the rest of the day

We enjoyed very much our winter holiday. The location is great, wonderful wellness area, excellent food, clean room, small surprises! Good ski slops and beautiful natural environment. Thank you so much for hospitality of Kolmhof Team.

- Acceptable rooms, clean but with some noise (especially from the old fan). - Diner with 3 options: meat, fish and vegetarian but mostly it was take-out food. Annoying the internet hotspot, we had random and offer connectivity issues with all devices (IOS, android, windows, ….) since the landing page doesn’t come up on reconnection. - Ski looker is just a room without any security and also the hotel is declining any responsibility for missing stuff from that room (we don’t have any missing equipment, but is not a relaxing feeling to know that we left all the skiing equipment without any security) - Even if they claim that for any issue you just have to go to reception, in reality, they don’t care about the complaints made on the spot and they prefer to ignore them. (We had an incident with a lady that present herself “from the team” and yell at some children to make them cry, in the kids' room, and we reported this to the reception, in the end, we were ignored by the hotel management.) (so, if you are with kids, be careful around the hotel kids' room) - Pretty old and small elevator and the most annoying is the working until 3’rd floor, even if the hotel has 4’th floors. (so, pay attention to the 4’th flor rooms) Definitely, not a 4-star hotel!

Beautiful family run hotel, with a very cosy homely feel. Very friendly and helpful staff - nothing was to much trouble. Excellent food. Buffet breakfast has everything you could want. Very clean spacious room. Facilities are excellent including a heated outdoor pool. Ski storage on site. 2 min walk from ski lift, ski pass ticket office and intersport ski hire. 5 min walk to nursery slope where the ski school is located. So it's in a excellent location. Free WiFi. All of this made for an amazing stay for my son and I. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Das gesamte Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend, das Essen ein Hit! Für sehr viele Top Ausflugsziele in Kärnten gut zentral gelegen & die Kärnten Card gibt's für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes inklusive! Alle (möglichen) Sonderwünsche werden schnellstmöglich erfüllt!

- Ausstattung - freundliche helle Zimmer - super Wellness Bereich - 3Saunen - ~ 40, 70, 98 Grad - Dampfbad - Whirlpool - Beheizter Aussenpool mit Zugang von Innen - in Halbpension -5 Gänge Abendmenue - mit lokalen Zutaten - sehr lecker - sehr guter Service Jeder Zeit wieder

Voor een goed onderkomen tijdens een heerlijke vakantie in dit een zeer goed hotel. Het heeft een lekkere rustige, gemoedelijke sfeer - eten is zeer goed - overdag kun je je prima vermaken met meerdere sauna’s, relaxruimte etc. , binnen en buitenzwembad en een prachtige ligtuin. - het hotel heeft een goede ligging. - een lekkere koele ruime kamer met balkon en prachtig uitzicht. ( alles is prima maar kan een kleine update gebruiken) - en last but not least het personeel en de eigenaresse doen er alles aan om je te helpen met vragen - zeer goede, ruime parkeer voorzieningen. ( ook voor fietsen)
