Craig Tara Holiday Park

Stayed in emerald caravan first impressions Lovely caravan and view Few things missing Towels , hairdryer strainer for pasta Went to reception dropped of all missing stuff. Broken mirror lights in bathrooms Spot lights and n decking if working would have been Amazing as entrance was at bk of caravan so was extremely dark. Shelves in bathrooms to cover water cistern. Fire in living room would keep tripping after 30 sec . Milk shelve in fridge broken For price we paid would not expect as many things broken. Beds in pictures looked like full size proper bed unfortunately they were normal caravan beds reason for upgrade was the beds. Only negative we had really. Best entertainment I have seen at a haven in a very long time the staff could actually sing without hurting my ears and production was good. Lovely park Security were on the ball constantly Staff were so friendly Everything very expensive food drink ect But had a lovely time

My main fave entertainment people are Lewis, misly, Rachael and Logan. Caravan was amazing so clean and everything entertainment perfect definitely recommend loved my experience. Everyone should go to be honest it’s better than Spain

The caravan wasn't clean we had to report it to reception who sent other cleaners in to clean it again. Still we had to clean it and sweep it out ourselves. But the park itself was absolutely brilliant there is so much to do for kids of all ages. The kids entertainment was fantastic we had a 5yr old and a nearly 2yr and they both loved every bit of their stay and were sad to leave. The shops on site were a tad expensive for the usual holiday keepsakes.... but I would 💯 go back xx

Caravan was clean & Tidy really enjoyed ourselves while we stayed for the week. The only issues I have was phone signal (like there's signal blockers around the site) stopping people from using there phones the only WiFi is at the arcades which then involves spending money. The prices for things on site are scandalous I get it's a holiday park but come on just look in the stores. The last night we was there my sister decided to to get chopsticks the lady serving her was really snotty to her biting at her infront of the kids. I'm sorry but I had to walk away or I would have been threw off the site. The swimming was really fun it's what you make it really but some of the pools & slide were closed.

We stayed for a weekend in August with our two young children (3 & 6). We travelled with friends and their children who had their own caravan. We opted for a saver caravan as we were only there for the weekend. We expected this to be basic due to the price, but were also expecting it to have a basic level of cleanliness. We were very wrong! The site had a huge amount of seagulls everywhere (not the site’s fault of course). At some point prior to our arrival, the living area curtains had obviously been shut outside of the window and had bird faeces on them. The bathroom floor was filthy. The inside of the radiator in the living area was full of dust and bits of rubbish. In the twin room, one of the beds literally rocked when touched. We found a bolt nut and washer under the bed on the floor. We raised a complaint whilst on site, and then upon our return. The customer service has been terrible to say the least. They do not care about the state they let their accommodation out. Further more, they claimed they rectified the problems whilst we were there - which was not true. When challenged, they failed to provide any evidence. Fortunately it was a nice weekend and we didn’t need to spend much time there.

Absolutely filthy dirty dishes left toilet work tops and floor filthy no passes no toilet roll no towels reception not got a clue and been complaining and only an apology they need undercover boss in that place it's a disgrace. Never be back.
