Stayed here for a wedding in Ayr...lovely comfy beds etc...AND half the price of Premiur Inn that was across the road

The hotel staff when we stayed were not very friendly or helpful. Booked a twin but the gave us a double and said had no space to change, then said could go in a family room. The single bed was a camp bed and looked as though had not been cleaned. Toilet did not flush properly. Wouldn’t stay again.

You could'nt ask for anything more. Clean, quiet all the staff there are so friendly and helpful. From Frazer, Robert, Stewart, Nicola and Helen very warm welcome every time we go there. Amanda the house keeper even went out of her way to get something for me in the town. Fabulous in the travelodge Ayr. Looking forward to seeing you all again.

Big clean rooms bed was very comfortable I left my dress shirt phoned the hotel to see if they had it they couldn't have been more helpful found the shirt and posted it . I highly recommend this hotel great price for a very clean and friendly hotel.

Despite being so close to the main road, this is a surprisingly quiet Travelodge. Nice large room, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and polite. As mentioned elsewhere, there is no restaurant, but there's various eating options nearby, and there is the option of a Breakfast Box for £5.95. Only quibble, the tv is tiny. Would happily stay again.

Lovely and helpful staff especially frazer who helped us get a room after being let down by another hotel and thinking we were gonna be stranded Can’t thank him enough Clean and tidy rooms aswell. Very pleased with the stay and know where to come if back at Ayr

The room is cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast box was disappointing. No choice in what comes in it and cannot cater to allergies - my son has a milk allergy so was unable to eat anything within the box so we had to leave earlier than planned to get him food. Only down side other than that was that there are no plug sockets anywhere near the beds. They are on the opposite side of the hotel room and made for difficult device charging/usage.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable (and very funny) staff. Clean, spacious rooms - I love a 'new carpet' smell. Quiet too. Easy striking distance to town and the racecourse. Great value. Good breakfast options within a 5 minute walk. An excellent stay!

I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Fraser at reception who. Could not have been more helpful, travelodge should appreciate that they have such a great person on the front desk. In this day and age it is a blessing to have someone honest and genuine in charge. Thank you sir.
