Shri Jagannath Palace Ayodhya ★★

"It's was the worst & horriable experience, my parents (60Yrs) was travelling with my 2kids... & for then i booked a family room with 2 double bed and 1 attached washroom... But on arrival hotel pushed them for excutive room (1 Double Bed) & told them to use common staff washroom, as room does'nt having washroom attached... My father mother denied to take the room so, Hotel staff & Owner of the property who was present there misbehalved with them, as aksed them to leave the property and said we will not give you the room... & it was 12am (midnight) when they left and by lots of efforts they found the another property.... BUT THIS NOT ACCEPTABLE, NO BEARABLE.... NO ONE SHOULD BOOK THIS PROPERTY EVER."

Ira by Orchid, Ayodhya ★★★★

"Excellent Stay, Great Location and Value for Money I had one of the best stays at this hotel in Chennai. I stayed for 3 nights and it truly felt like a luxury experience at a reasonable price. The location is a major advantage centrally placed and easily accessible to many parts of the city. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen was clean, and the bathroom was well maintained with proper toiletries provided. They also supply water bottles and there’s a water dispenser (water can) available in the hallway, which is a nice touch. They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. However the breakfast closes a bit early at 10 AM so plan accordingly. Car parking is available, which is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful, A special mention to the security personnel and room service staff for their hospitality. Outside food is allowed as well, which is a plus. The only minor inconvenience was that the lift always stopped at the first floor (reception) by default, which was slightly annoying. Also FYI, I misplaced my room key card and had to pay ₹200 for a replacement. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Chennai."
