Very friendly atmosphere… family owned and operated… everyone has a smile on their face… a shout out to Nickolas, Rita, Hussien :))))
Very delicious cuisine (Levant). The staff are very attentive to the little details that we ask for :)

we stayed there for the first time! we were 3 families with children. The rooms were clean. Although the kitchen could have been more well equiped, i.e cuttlery, washing liquid. Our booking was half board and to our surprise there was not a buffet for dinner. We were given 2 options to choose from. Thus, we did asked them to cook sth else for us, and they were eagered to help and served what we liked to eat. The owner and all employees were extremely polite. walking distance to Nissi avenue and Ayia Napa's square. 3 mini markets are 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

Super nice place and very well located. Free parking and an awesome Pool. The breakfast has a lot of variety and you can enjoy some typical food.
The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. Giving some local Tipps and helping you in anything you need. Always having a welcoming hello and a smile on their faces! The stuff were very nice as well!

Very friendly hotel. The staff go out of their way to look after you. Very nice rooms, and I cannot think of a negative thing to say. Try their Lebanese restaurant which is excellent. Thr pool area is very nice and the hotel is conveniently placed for restaurants and bars.

The hotel was in a good location and nice to look at. Rooms and outdoor areas on ground floor were not very private. The hotel was very noisy at night going into the morning hours. Staff were polite. Some things didn't make sense like a rangehood without a stove top and crockery and cutlery without dishwashing liquid, a sponge or tea towel. Tiles around pool dangerously slippery.

Best stay ever! so clean and staff were very accommodative, wished we stayed longer there! so close to the main ***** as well, many local stores and restaurants around the area, easy to get around, restaurant in hotel was also really good! great options!

breakfast is very poor room cleanliness was not so good staff were friendly they did not give us two keeys to keep the room cool pool was nice beverage menu was not that variant food menu should be more rich for a 4 star hotel

The Zoi apartments are clean and comfortable, situated centrally within walking distance of the beach and harbour. What sets Zoi apart from other hotels is the amazing service and incredible restaurant. The team are so friendly and helpful and the fantastic menu, particularly the Lebanese menu is top notch, truly delicious, always fresh and a welcome change from the stodgy all-inclusive hotels. Would highly recommend
