The staffs were quite friendly, the food are nice especially for dinner . The room was standard . The water park was fun , didn’t try the pool too many people unless you go at early morning .

Καλό ξενοδοχείο γενικά. Το μόνο ελάττωμα που βρήκα ήταν ότι στον τομέα εξυπηρέτησης σχετικά με παροχές και πληροφορίες ξενοδοχείου δεν ήταν και η καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση. Η μόνη απάντηση όταν ρωτήσαμε κατά την άφιξη μας ώρες πρόγευμα και άλλες πληροφορίες ή απάντηση τους ήταν πως πρέπει να κάνουμε scan bar code και εκεί θα βρίσκαμε όλες τις απαντήσεις

We stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of 4. We had an issue with the room when we first arrived (aircon not working) but reception swiftly gave us a new room. The food was good and plenty of choices. The pools were great, my only issue was the big inflatable boat that was aloud in there bumping into the kids. Staff were fantastic. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Alex and Naveed in the lagoon. The food and their service were excellent. Isa and Ali and the reception bar. They were all so lovely and work really hard. I especially want to also thank Maria the life guard. I keep reading complaints about the life guards but we found her very friendly, helpful and chatty. In fact, when my daughter cut her toe, she shot straight over and cleaned it up and put a plaster on. She also looked after the 2 new girls that started who were equally as lovely. The evening entertainment was always good especially Bob Marley albeit not on for long. The snack bar had snacks available all day and drinks all night. It was lovely to sit down there either the sea breeze as it was so hot while we were there. The fair at the back is very loud but this is no fault of the hotel and soon got used to it. Cleaner came and changed towels and emptied bins daily but our beds were only changed once which wasn’t great.

Just came back from here, don't listen to all the negative comments just go for yourself an see,it is very central location ,easy access to town the harbour just a 19 min stroll to the harbour along the waterfront lovely,hotel is spotless girls are there every day to clean rooms,free safe ,comfy beds,good Aircon unit, power shower,as many towels as you can use,pay the few quid extra for a pool view room you will be on the doorstep of the pool,water always crisp clean, always beds available,only complaint I have is the beds are far to close together hard to be secluded,pool bar is behind the pool beside the grass area lovely sea breeze here,food is very nice always fresh,not a massive selection like other hotels but always fresh an very tasty, didint have a bad meal at all,staff in restaurant are lovely,as in the bar,all inclusive drinks are spot on with two choice of beers available greek an Cypriot , cocktails were fairly good ,we took out own insulations cups with us an they filled it for me every time keeps beer cooler longer,the glasses are plastic but the good ones real thick does the job,you get a proper glass in the bar,so overall had a great time here nice staff good food ,good drinks, central location,great holiday for the money it was ,deffo go back to this hotel group,but not so sure on ayai Napa,thank you Atlantica for a great time

Worst cheap budget hotel I've ever stayed in. Damaged furniture, ants in the bedroom and bathroom , rusty balcony chairs , shower that leaks heavily from the head and a drain that doesn't drain and floods the bathroom and hallway. Bed sheets were marked on arrival and haven't had our room cleaned yet. Good choice and selection of foods and drinks. The gym has a running machine plugged into a wall with the cable running through a puddle of water. Certainly not a 4 star

Had a lovely holiday,the staff are very friendly the food was good.The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The entertainment staff AJ and Jorro were very good and made us laugh.We would definitely go back.The only downside is there is no beach.

We loved our short stay here. Rooms simple but clean and have everything you need. Food is great, a mixture of local and more basic English options. Staff friendly. Pools are fab! The whole place feels well run and the staff never stop. We intend to come back as soon as we can.

Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. there was a delay of over two hours in giving us our rooms. When we finally got to the room, the air conditioner wasn’t working, and it was extremely dirty. The staff were indifferent and kept giving the same response: “We’ve noted it, and your problem will be resolved.” We do not recommend this hotel at all, despite its excellent location. However, we would like to thank the restaurant staff for their good service and the quality of the food. Special thanks to Haris, who was professional, elegant, and always smiling, he helped us in the last two days to completely solve all our problems.

Considering we came just toward the end of peak season for a week, i do think it was worth the money. The rooms are lovely, nice sized balcony, english plugs, lots of storage. we did have an issue with our shower drain filling up but we did tell reception. not sure if maintenance man came but we just kept an eye and didnt put the shower on too powerful and we had no further problems. only issue we had with our room was that it was not cleaned the entirety of our trip. we told reception after 3 days and someone eventually came to do it but it was when we were getting ready to go out so we just look some towels and let her empty the bins. Was not cleaned for the rest of the trip despite telling reception again we had to keep going to reception for fresh towels and toilet roll. our bins were overflowing from water bottles etc and we made our own beds lol. Reception did acknowledge it was an issue and that it has been raised by others. we stayed in room 3511 so i’m not sure if it was the apartments around there that were being missed. Service was great reception staff lovely, waiting staff lovely and quite attentive and efficient with drinks, clearing plates etc. entertainment we didnt really partake as we went out most nights, but aqua aerobics every day which people seemed to enjoy and we stayed one night for bingo and belly dancing which all in all was pretty good. i saw they had abba, bob marley themed nights but didnt see if they were good. Food was your typical all inclusive buffet nothing special but most things were tasty at lunch/dinner and breakfast had a lot of variety. the snack bar by the pool was okay but found a lot of the food to be stale. drinks were good i liked the pina coladas and can get bottles of water whenever. pool area was good people do put their towels down early but we never rushed to do so and always found there were plenty of beds spare, not sure what it would be like in July/Aug though! has an indoor pool too which looked nice. Hotel is next to a funfair which is a little loud but nothing that stopped me from sleeping. aircon in room really good too. location is close to everything loads of lovely restaurants nearby and shops. 5 min drive from nissi beach. easy to get taxis etc. You can do the a la carte in the hotel for free one time, we didnt end up doing this as the night we booked it I wasn’t feeling too good but looked nice. All in all I would definitely stay here again so long as our rooms were cleaned! Me and my partner are quite easygoing so it didnt annoy us majorly but I can see why it would put a lot of people off. But definitely good value for money i thought
