Euronapa Hotel Apartments

Very basic hotel. The rooms are not great. Aircon doesn’t work that well. Small fridge which doesn’t get that cold. Beds are rock hard and lumpy. Shower works well. Cleaned daily. Despite the 28 degree whether, the pool is absolutely ice cold freezing so our baby couldn’t get in it meaning it was very hard to find anything to entertain her for the week. The breakfast is the same every day, very strange sausages, avoid those. Tiny continental selection. The dinners are varied- a different theme each night and is fairly tasty for such a basic hotel buffet. Zero entertainment. Would be nice if they hired a musician to provide a couple hours music in the bar each night. Or someone to lead some water sports in the pool of a day time to liven it up a bit. Our children complained of boredom several times in the day. The pool is just a basic rectangle pool and the jacuzzi doesn’t work. It’s basically just a round tiny useless pool. The food ordered for lunch from Robinsons is good quality. The pool bar drinks/ice creams are expensive. Location good, 5 minutes walk from the main *****. Overall it’s ok, wouldn’t come back though.

We stayed in Euronapa, with JET2, in October 22. Me and my hubbie have been coming to Cyprus (Ayia Napa/Protoras) for over 30 years. We always try to hunt down a bargain and loved our 7 day stay in Euronapa. Beautiful gardens , clean, basic, apartment with YESSS a comfortable bed (so important!) The location is superb, walk left to Ayia Napa centre (15 min walk) or cross over the road and do the stunning coastal walk to Sandy, Nissi, Landa and Makronissos beaches. We are in our fifties but love walking by the sea and the beaches in this area are as good as the Caribbean ❤️. Euronapa breakfasts were very good, plenty of choice and set you up well for the day. The room was cleaned regularly and fair for the price. If you want a sea view (don't we all) then pay £100+ pp in another hotel, we'd rather spend it on the glorious Cyprus cuisine or a car to get us to those jaw dropping Pernera area beaches. A weekly bus pass on the excellent, service is only 20 euros. We always return from Cyprus refreshed and budgeting for the next stay out there. Awful hotel, an old hotel that needs maintenance badly. See pic attached for a rough idea on how bad it gets, water floods the staircase and corridors with staff franticly sweeping water away from rooms. See pic attached to give you an idea of the scale of this hotels problem.

A simple basic accommodation. My room was not like the pics, it was dark, old furniture, with no views at all. Towels are changed daily in the rooms, but rooms are not cleaned daily. Food was hit and miss.. our first night it was terrible, cold and slimy food. I actually wanted to leave. Waiters struggle with speaking English. I did not like how the head waiter asks you when you sit down eating, what’s your room number every single meal. Just stand in the front by the door and ask as we walk in, like other hotels? The bar man was friendly and was probably the only normal person there. There’s no entertainment here.. when I asked reception she said “what’s that?” 🤣 swimming pool large although had a bad smell near it. It was average, not the worst place to stay, but I wouldn’t stay here again..don’t have high expectations if you have booked here

Great location. Reception was beautifully decorated Check in was from after 14:00 although room wasn’t ready till 14:45. Upon entering room we found it to be quite modern and a decent size. Lovely and clean. The gardens surrounding the apartments are perfectly maintained. Pool area was large enough to cater for the many occupants and there’s a bar (Robinsons) where they sell drinks and food and will bring it to your lounger. On-site restaurant has a different theme for dinner which we appreciated. The soup on each evening was to die for. Especially the garden pea soup. Only downside to the apartments is parking which we found quite frustrating as there’s definitely not enough spaces and if you do find a space there’s a highly likely chance you’re going to get blocked in. We’d stay again.

Excellent hotel,friendly staff,lovely food different themes every night great location nice rooms lovely swimming pool also nice food served by the pool big portions the only negative points is there not enough wardrobe space for 4 sharing and no light on the balcony

Great hotel/apartments to stay in Ayia Nappa. Central to everything and only 45minutes away from Larnaca airport. Great staff, clean too. 10minutes walk from Bar street but far enough for some peace too. Outdoor pool with bar and restaurant, children play area, gym if you want to use it, apartment was great, with walk-in shower, and kitchenette if you want to use it. 10€ cab ride to Nisi beach, 9€return bus ride to Nicosia. Supermarkets, bars and various restaurants nearby too.

5 stars are not enough,honestlly.Very well located to be just in the heart of Ayia Napa ,beautiful settings,own balcony for coffee mornings or late drinks,acces to pool any time ,friendly staff ,privacy,extremly clean ...i don t have enough words to describe this amazing place .I totally recomand it and i wish to thank everyone for making our stay so pleasant

Can’t fault the hotel ! Clean, tidy and staff are very helpful.. very short walk to shops restaurants etc Studio apartments are huge - kitchen area, bathroom, beds and a sofa / table and chairs. Never seen a room so big We only had breakfast there and it was good, lots of choice. The pool is lovely and lots of sunbeds and waiter service for food and drink. Female visitors please be careful of Oliver. Nice enough young lad but a bit of a sexual predator who wants to sign you up to dodgy sites.
