Melissi Beach Hotel & Spa

Hotel is very nice and clean. Nice staff good food and drink Come back again, not to complain, restaurant and center of Aya Napa within walking distance. The beach is very nice and clean, in front of the hotel. Good start for the summer season.

Sotos cocktail was Hope you all Will try it in the main bar by the lobby. The stuf were very nice and so helpfull. The location is great, near by to everything. The rooms were nice, the pillow wasn’t the best. The only downside were that is was a very few toialets in the hotel. //Stina

We really enjoyed our stay here. I’d say it’s definitely a 4*. We visited with our family (2yo and 4yo). Accommodation - we stayed in the apartments and liked being far away. We didn’t mind the walk to the main hotel (it’s less than 5 mins), because we got so much more space, quiet and also access to another pool and snack bar. We’d definitely book the apartments again. Food - we enjoyed the selection of food and the staff in the main restaurant were lovely. Breakfast was brilliant and we enjoyed the Mexican theme night especially. On some nights, there were limited offerings for vegetarians. Dinner doesn’t start until 7pm which might be late for some little ones. Main Pool bar - our biggest gripe. The staff here are clearly overworked and there isn’t enough of them, which means the service falls below expected. We were often left waiting and staff were snappy. Beach - right on the beach and it’s beautiful. We went parasailing with the water sports company along the beach if you turn left out of the hotel. Highly recommend! Pools - great selection of pools. We also enjoyed the pool near our apartment a couple of afternoons as it’s much quieter. Pool bar near apartments (Greek restaurant) - we had lunch here one day and often got drinks / ice cream here if saying at our pool for the afternoon. The staff here were great! Housekeeping - one day, they forgot to lock our front door. Thankfully nothing was taken, but when we informed reception, the next day housekeeping didn’t come to us… we had to then ask reception to send housekeeping to clean our room. Spa - amazing! We loved it. Had 2x treatments on different days, both brilliant. The spa manager is lovely too and very reasonably priced. Kids club - as it was so hot, we would have appreciated more indoors - later shows. For example, the clown show was at 4pm when it was still booking. We missed this as our children were napping. It would be better later maybe just before dinner.

We had a fantastic stay as a family. The service was excellent, the staff were kind and helpful, and everything from the rooms to the breakfast was top-notch. The pillows were the fluffiest I’ve ever felt – truly a wonderful and relaxing experience!

A wonderful place for a vacation. A lovely atmosphere and very professional service at the highest level. Very good food and great drinks. (Sotos makes the best ones - I recommend). Beautiful views and an ideal place for a family getaway. I recommend it to everyone.

We loved our stay at Melissi. Clean. Good food, fresh fruit and veggies, lots of variety in the buffet and everything tasted really good. The staff made sure everything looked good all the time in the buffet. Many times with buffet food it gets messy and doesn’t look appetizing. But not at Melissi. Everything looked and tasted great. Pool area was big and very nice. Lovely beach. The pillows were to hard. But slept well most nights regardless. Close to shops and restaurants. Close to sculpture park. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would def recommend for families or anyone really. Nice and friendly hotel staff. Would go back! Stayed there for 10 days, had apartment and half board.
