The hotel has many advantages. The location is excellent – close to the beach, the center of Ayia Napa, the harbor, shops, and bus stops. It’s also a great starting point for exploring the eastern part of the island. You can easily walk to the Sculpture Park and the famous Love Bridge. Rooms are clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is very good – varied and with a different theme each evening. Desserts were especially delicious. The bar offers a good selection of drinks, and the staff is friendly and attentive, often coming to ask if you need anything. The pool is lovely, with varying depths and sunbeds placed in the water. There are also more premium loungers in the first row (available for an extra fee), which people queue up for in the morning. Despite all these positives, one issue left a lasting negative impression. The hotel strictly enforces the all-inclusive hours – valid only from check-in to check-out. We arrived around noon, but check-in was not allowed until 2 p.m., and we were not permitted to use the bar or have lunch in the meantime. The same happened on departure day – we checked out around 11 a.m. and still had a few hours before our flight, but no longer had access to any drinks or food. Considering the intense heat in Cyprus, even basic access to water would have made a difference. We understand that hotels have policies, but in many other places we’ve visited, the approach has been more flexible and guest-friendly – something that unfortunately wasn’t the case here. In summary: despite the many positives, we would probably not choose to return.
