Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel

I went with my husband and 1,5year old. We had a great room ,they provided a baby bed as well our was always cleaned and tidied every day. The staff at the restaurant became very fond of our daughter and the were extremely professional and friendly all through our stay. the restaurant manager always had a smile and made you feel welcome he seemed to be the best leader of their team making them feel like a real family. It was a pleasure being there everyday .my daughter enjoyed their company as well .I recommend them 100%.

From start to finish our stay here was excellent! I treated my father in law to an all inclusive stay here as a Chris**as present and honestly every aspect of our stay was perfect. When we arrived we were checked in by one of the managers who warmly welcomed us, ordered us a welcome drink from the bar and told us to take a seat and relax and gave us all the information about the hotel that we needed and even told us there would be a complementary bottle of wine in the room for us. Such a fantastic welcome which set the tone for the rest of the week. The room appeared to be newly renovated or certainly was to a good well kept standard. Bed was comfortable, had a small balcony which for us overlooked the harbour. There is in room tea and coffee, a safe, TV and hairdryer. Bathroom had a walk in shower. Housekeeping was to a good standard and our room was serviced every day which is very rare to since at hotels these days. The hotel has a decent sized pool, nice decked out pool side area, a gym and also a sauna and steam room (although I could not see how these worked). By far the best asset for this hotel was their restaurant and bar depar**ent. Led by Angelos (who was an exceptional front line leader), this was one of the best bar and restaurant teams I have encountered in the world. Always welcomed us and even treated like we were friends. Never made to feel like a burden - nothing was ever too much for them and looking after you really felt like a passion to them. The food was excellent with selection plentiful and changed everyday. Not once we were disappointed by the food and drink offer. The location was of the hotel was also excellent. Right on the beach with direct access. Free parking if you have a car but walking distance to the town, harbour, supermarkets and other local attractions like the fair ground nearby. My father in law has already said it’s absolutely a place he wants to come back to. Thank you everyone for providing a great service and stay.

Location couldn't be any better, the hotel is on the beach, and still close to other services. Okeanos is small and nice hotel. Room with ocean view was very beautiful and clean, our cleaning lady was superb. Food was what it usually is in buffet, we did go out to eat almost every day.

Amazing hotel , excellent customer service, really clean, all staff starting with management, reception, restaurant, bar and housekeeping are very friendly, helpful, attention to details, makes you feel welcomed and ready to enjoy your vacation. Okeanos Beach Boutique: Relax in Paradise in Ayia Napa We had a great time at Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel in Ayia Napa! The staff are very nice and helpful, the rooms are modern and comfortable and the location directly on the beach is unmatched. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, enjoying delicious meals in the hotel restaurant (breakfast and dinner were excellent!) and relaxing under the Cypriot sun. Highlights: Perfect location: right on the beautiful beach with stunning views. Perfect for beach lovers! Modern Comfort: Rooms are well furnished, clean and have balconies with beautiful views. Excellent service: The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. All amenities: The pool is lovely and we loved the on-site gym and sauna. Food is good: breakfast is very good and dinner in the restaurant in the restaurant is also very good. In conclusion, we recommend Okeanos Beach Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Ayia Napa. This is a beautiful hotel with great service, facilities and delicious food, we will stay there again! :)

Well what can we say … we’ve been here 3 days and oh my lord! The hotel is absolutely stunning, exactly like the pics , nothing has been edited to look better ! It’s super clean everywhere , food is fantastic! Amazing all inclusive food and a massive selection of drinks too! The hotel is just perfect and we can’t say a bad word about it at all! More importantly the staff and management are absolutely FANTASTIC and completely the best , they go above and beyond further than we’ve ever known! I proposed to my gf on our 2nd night and they decorated all a separate area and greeted us All after with a celebratory cheesecake , champagne and also decorated our bed ! Honestly the staff are all the best ever ! And we certainly will not stay anywhere else ever again! Okeanos you have our hearts forever ! Never change ! Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We have been coming here for several years before Covid and returned this year to a refurbished hotel. Beautiful rooms and extra parking. This year we booked here for our 25th Anniversary and requested a Harbour View which was arranged with also complimentary fizz and card which was lovely. The Manager and staff are so friendly and helpful and the location by the harbour is wonderful. Already looking to book next year! Wonderful hotel x

We had a fantastic week stay at this hotel. We opted for a sea view and it’s definitely worth the extra money the view is amazing from the room. Rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly, air conditioning is a god send. Wine and water left in our room on arrival which was a lovely touch.Hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in, food is fantastic and such a variety.Staff are a credit to the hotel and nothing is too much trouble, you are really well looked after. Location is right on the beach and the hotel has its own sun-loungers and brollies for the guest to use, never had trouble acquiring them so no need to get up ridiculously early. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location and quality.
