-Worst Cleanliness, lobby’s toilet very dirty. Still have a one whole big DRY **** in the toilet bowl.
-Hotel bathroom doesn’t have hot water heater.
-Hotel staff lack of customer service, not friendly.
-Housekeeping lack of courtesy.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the air conditioning compressor in my room. Despite informing the hotel staff about the problem, the issue was not resolved, and I had to request a room transfer for the second night of my stay. Additionally, I found the amenities provided in the room to be basic and was disappointed to discover that slippers were not provided.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was just "ok." While the staff were friendly and accommodating when I requested a room transfer, the lack of attention to detail with regards to the air conditioning and amenities left something to be desired. I would recommend that the hotel management address these issues to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.

Limited parking , have to park outside and very dark area . Walking distance hardly find non muslim food have to drive around 15 min if looking for Chinese restaurant. No fridge in the room. Room is Small and old.

Cleaness is really bad, the spoon and the glass used but didn't clean, just put back to the place. The pillow and bed sheet has unidentified hair.
The heater supposedly need to have a red and blue dot to tell which position is the hot water or clod water (same to the wash basin)

this hotel is the worst that i have gone. The location is gd if u going to mydin or bazaar raya but other then that its very bad, the room is not that clean there's cockroach.. we manage to kill 2-3. the environment of yr room is not peace at all. i stay at room level 4.. the room beside is so noisy they keep talking loudly even its 1130pm.. the room telephone the worst cant even call out to their reception to complain about this. the wifi will be disconnected now and then u have to keep on logging in. my kids room lights and aircon is disconnected in the middle of the night.. its very frustrating and really disturbing. this is the first and the last time i will come to this hotel.

Front office counter are provided good service, greets customers, with a smile and maintain a friendly and pleasant expression. I just would like to highlighted that your Management tol consider to refurbishment the building especially the toilet (bathroom) really is time to change.
