We had low expectations reading the reviews but this was actually a great place to stay! We booked an apartment with separate bedroom and bunk bed room tor the kids and there was plenty room. Everything you need for a week self catering, very well equipped. Apartment was clean and we had lots of bedding and towels. Views are amazing. Ski locker was a good size and you can ski in and out. You can access the main centre via two public lifts and there is a supermarket right at the bottom. Only families near us, no excessive noise.

Great value & size for family of 4. Everything you require from a self catering apartment. Reception team lovely and welcoming. Beds are comfortable and the views Wow!! Really simple access to the main centre of Avoriaz & ski-in, ski-out works well also. Plenty storage and 2 balconies. I will return for sure. Merci Antares 🏴🇫🇷

Avoid! No way a three star. Mould on bathroom ceilings, dirty mattresses, peeling skirting boards. One towel per person to last a whole week. The only positive was the view. Avoriaz is a beautiful resort but would never return to these apartments.

A l’arrivée, nous n’avons aucune instruction de la part de pierre et vacance. La réception est ouverte mais tout est bâché de drap blanc ( une scène ressemblant à un film d’horreur ). Nous avons essayé de les joindre par téléphone, tout est fermé le week-end.. on arrive à trouver un numéro, qui nous raccroche clairement au nez lorsqu’on on expose notre problème et ensuite IMPOSSIBLE de les joindre. A 25cm/min l’appel, un remboursement sera exigé ! Nous avions dû contacter Boking directement pour avoir la solution… nous sommes seule dans le village d’Avoriaz sans aucun contact. quand ENFIN on nous donne les accès, l’effroi de découvrir l’appartement. Je peux comprendre que les prix sois très bas, mais on ne lésine PAS sur le ménage ! Un appartement SANS chauffage, d’une saleté sans nom ( a en voir les images ). À fuir ! Une honte d’avoir ce genre de grand groupe proposer ça en FRANCE ! Ce n’est pas à notre image !

Personnel très aimable et a l'écoute, retrait du pain le matin parfait, prêt de jeu de société impeccable, appartement correct, par contre gros problème avec incivilités des personnes venant Allemagne, Suède, Suisse etc. bruit jusqu'à 3h du mat, la gendarmerie venu 3 fois dans la semaine, il faut les mettres a la porte si récidive, et après pouvoir se rendormir suite a la musique, bagarre etc. la dameuse passe a 5h, magnifique, a pars cela la nuit, tout est bien.

J’étais malade et j’ai du annuler.. Aucun remboursement. Pour la réservation, échange éternel de mails et demande de photo de carte d’identité parce qu’il n’y a pas de personnel sur place, ce qui n’était pas spécifié quand j’ai réservé. Je n’aurai jamais réservé si avait eu cette information. Il y aurait tellement plus à rajouter j’en ai marre

Super station pietonne pratique et a la fois l'organisation est à améliorer pour les chenillettes 1h d'attente pour en avoir une ! Déçu de ce Pierre et vacances , pas du tout pratique de devoir traverser plusieurs couloirs et prendre plusieurs ascenseurs pour accéder à l'appartement avec pleins d'affaires , des chariots à dispo des clients serait bien plus pratique pour éviter des aller retour avec toutes les affaires surtout que pierre et vacances sadresse aux familles avant tout donc pleins d'affaires !! Réception pas ouverte de 11h a 16h un peu limite surtout en période de vacances scolaires !!
