Nightmare Experience at Purple Sun Resort As a foreigner visiting the Purple Sun Resort, I was appalled by the treatment I received from the hotel manager. My stay quickly turned into a nightmare when, in the middle of the night, I was forcefully checked out of my room by the manager without any valid explanation or warning. Firstly, the lack of professionalism exhibited by the hotel manager was shocking. Their customer service skills were non-existent, leaving me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Instead of addressing any issues I may have had during my stay, the manager's approach was abrasive and confrontational. Being forced out of my room in the dead of night was not only inconvenient but also incredibly distressing. Without any prior communication or attempt to resolve any potential issues, I was left bewildered and stranded. It was a humiliating experience that tainted my entire impression of the resort. Furthermore, the manager's actions reflect poorly on the overall management of the Purple Sun Resort. If this is how guests are treated in times of inconvenience, it raises serious questions about the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction and basic decency. In conclusion, my stay at the Purple Sun Resort was marred by the disgraceful behavior of the hotel manager. Their lack of empathy and professionalism left a lasting negative impression, and I would strongly advise against anyone considering staying at this establishment.

Doesn't worth money in every aspect, except the view. Rooms are not clean, only 2 water bottles made available. No tea or coffee. Washroom firings are either broken or not clean. Food is extremely bad. Not worth money at all. You can find better options even in small food joints at street. Worst staff, they do not understand what hospitality is and how to serve a customer. Not recommended. It will be a waste of time and money.

The Good: - nice view - good food - moderate prices The Bad: - CREW IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL They might come running at you to disturb you while you enjoy the view or while having a conversation. In my experience, they did it multiple times. One waiter wanted to convince us how scenic the viewpoint is, so he was like 'sir come this way, come that way, go there, it is nice.. ' besides our hesitation to do so. And he was checking on us from a distance just making the whole situation creepy. I know this sounds funny but it actually happened. And if you are a couple this is really bad. My wife wanted to leave the place at once. Purple sun is an isolated place, having an unprofessional crew in a place like this is the last thing you want. EVERYTHING LOOKS OUT OF MAINTENANCE: Buffet tables, table clothes, corridors, floors, the pool, the walls, the whole place looks tarnished, unpolished, and sort of even gives a dirty feeling. THE WEBSITE EXAGGERATES IT: The website says it has a huge landscape to it. We couldn't see anything like it. It has a great viewpoint though.

I went there for a wedding few days back. Venue is perfect for weddings, food is great, staff also friendly, actually i was planing to rate them 5 stars, Unfortunately i found a lipstick mark on a glass that they serve us an iced coffee at the end of the wedding function.. I pointed that out to the staff and they not even bother to apologize.
