Avila Valley House

Based at the entrance of See Canyon, overlooking Avila Valley and only 2 miles to Avila Beach. This wonderful home offers privacy, incredible views and peaceful nature vibes. The location is one of the best in the county, with a unique microclimate that folds the fresh ocean air into the warm valley heat. Nestled near Pismo beach, Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo and Edna Valley, it's just a short drive to wine tasting, kayaking or exploring farmers market. The house was built in the 1950's and has been updated respectively to preserve it's character. It offers three bedrooms and three bathroom. One of the bedrooms/bathrooms is located in a detached unit 20 steps from the main house, we've dubbed "The Tree House" bedroom. All bedrooms are connected to a bathroom for additional privacy. The house offers a very nice outdoor seating area and a barbecue for outdoor cooking.
