Perfect hosts and welcoming setting Would recommend to anyone

A gorgeous property with a clean spacious room, friendly hosts on a quiet street. 1 minute away from pedestrian street with restaurants Lots of gadgets in the room- massaging waterbed anyone?? I figured out the complicated in room hot tub- but there didn’t seem to be enough hot water available.

Florian was a wonderful host! He takes such pride in his bed and breakfast (that he designed himself!) and he was a joy to interact with. The location is fabulous for walking to shops and tons of restaurants. (Everything within the Avignon city wall is within a 20min walk.) The garden is meticulously well kept and the pool and Jacuzzi were lovely and available all the time, as well as a fridge to keep your own food/drinks to consume poolside or on the terrace. Florian was available to give us dining suggestions, and even was kind enough to allow my husband to do a load of laundry site. There is a city free parking lot a 5min drive away that was super convenient for us to leave our car there during our stay, with a free city bus (or a 10min walk) to get back near the hotel.

My wife, three adult children, daughter in law and my daughter's boyfriend stayed for four nights at this beautiful property for four nights at the end of June. Don't be put off by the google map street view of the property. In typical French fashion, the door is modest, but once you step inside the gate, you are transformed into a beautiful garden which includes a swimming pool, hot tub and plenty of space for gathering. As the hotel has a very small number of rooms, the seven of us from our family represented the vast majority of the guests staying at the hotel. We were warmly greeted by the owners, Florian and Emmanuelle and their colleague Christophe, who told us that we should consider ourselves at home for our stay - and they really meant it! My wife and I stayed in "Le Jardin", a beautiful apartment that included a very functional kitchen and private garden. It was perfect for our needs as our children stayed in Le Suite D'Olivier, La Rooftop and La Duplex. The entire property was renovated and opened in June 2023. The rooms have all the modern amenities we wanted, including well-functioning air conditioning and spacious state of the art showers. Each room has its own very tastefully decorated style. Every morning the team prepared a beautiful buffet breakfast with made to order eggs available in addition to the classic continental buffet spread. While the hotel is on a small street, we only needed to walk around the corner to find ourselves in the center of a bustling section of town with many restaurants and local shops of all kinds (cheese shops, wine shops, bakeries, shopping stores, etc.). The town of Avignon is beautiful - large enough to spend plenty of time wandering the mostly pedestrian-only streets and very convenient for day trips to the surrounding areas of Provence. The Palais de Papes is stunning! We visited the Luberon hills one day and organized a day of wine tasting in Chateau Neuf de Pape. In the end, it was the perfect spot for our family vacation and if we ever decide to take another trip to the south of France, we will be staying here again for sure! Perfect haven in Avignon Stayed here for a special occasion and boy did it deliver. Florian and his team are incredible. La Maison d’olivier is truly stunning. Our room was unbelievable and we can’t wait to return. Incroyable et parfait pour fêter notre premier anniversaire de mariage. A haven in the centre of Avignon, you wouldn’t believe that the festival was going on outside when you’re sat in the tranquil gardens by the stunning pool. Florian can’t do enough for you. We were so sad to leave. I’ve stayed in so many places in Avignon and this one is a must stay! Also make sure you have breakfast the homemade omelettes are delicious! Great property in a great location Lovely room in a recently renovated house with a beautiful garden right in the middle of the old town of Avignon. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the comfortable, well appointed and relatively spacious new room. Fabian was an excellent communicator in English, both explaining how to get to the property, and settling us in. He gave us some good local recommendations including the fantastic restaurant Numero 75. We parked for free at D'Italiens and caught the free shuttle bus to within 50 metres of La Maison de l'Olivier place - super easy! Easy walking to all the sights of delightful Avignon. A good experience all round!
