The unit is very well located in the city center with a lovely balcony view. I spent 3 nights in the condo while visiting my family in the area. My unit had everything needed for a short or long stay. Parking is convenient on site at no additional cost. The only issue was the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to close and lock. My rental agent contact was always quickly responsive to my texts and extremely helpful. Excellent service.

This place was amazing for our family of 4 - great views of the church and perfect location for walking anywhere in Ave (especially to Publix, which is less that 5 mins walk away). It has a luxury feel to it, yet still very comfortable and cozy. Great communication from the host. I'll be booking again for my next visit to Ave!

Location, Location, Location as they say. Everything you need is within walking distance including. Food and Spiritual nourishment.

Great condo, super clean and comfortable for our family! The property manager Alex was very helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay! We will definitely book again the next time we are in town visiting family!

This 3 bedroom condo was very spacious and clean. We felt right at home. Buildind was very save and Secure and plenty of Handicap parking right infront of the elevator made if really convenient for my 82 year old mom with a walker to access. Balcony has beautiful view of Ave Maria Church. Would love to return soon.
