I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly, ensuring every detail was perfect. The rooms were spotless and elegantly designed, offering unmatched comfort. The location was prime, with easy access to key attractions. Amenities such as the spa, gym, and pool were top-notch, and the dining options exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable experience.

We stayed at this hotel for one night with tour group. The outside and lobby looked good. From the reviews I was worried about the rooms and food. Rooms were decent not spotless but not bad either. The rooms we were given had no balcony, Not sure about other rooms in the hotel. It was extremely busy as I guess loads of tours come to this hotel. Food was a problem for us only because it was extremely crowded and there wasn’t much choice. It was also buffet however drinks were with charge and again I don’t know if it was dur to us going with tour. Overall not bad however not the best either

We stayed here for 3 nights last week - end of October. It is an impressive looking hotel from the outside but in an area with very little else near by. It is used primarily for bus tours so large quantities of people coming and going each day. Our room was ok - dated and a bit shabby (taps were covered in limescale for example) The walls are very thin and we could hear the other rooms all night and everyone in the corridors. The bed was comfortable though and there was a kettle which was welcome. The shower was powerful and hot. The staff were not friendly or helpful. When we asked a question at Reception we were barely acknowledged and ending up asking another guest. Food in the restaurant was our main disappointment as although it was varied - all the hot food was uncovered and cold. We ate at various times and each time was a similar experience.

The internet only works at the reception, and even there it is not good. The situation is deliberately created The hotel is of a very poor standard in most respects. While the exterior is visually appealing, the interior leaves much to be desired. ＞ The rooms are small, poorly decorated, and dark, with a substandard bathroom. ＞ The quality of the food is disappointing. ＞ The Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area and is unreliable. It appears that the hotel has deliberately limited the free Wi-Fi service in order to force you to buy internet from them every day.

As a visitor to Turkey you have to try a hamam. On arrival we were shown a room in which to change out of our clothes, we were told all off, we weren't sure if they meant all off as we've had hammams before and kept on swimwear. Nope they meant All off. We started off with a sauna and then taken to the room where the hammams is done. We were told to take off everything and lay down, the massage was great. After we were led to a sunlounger and laid back to have a mask applied, we then were bought a drink and a fresh fruit plate, after we had a shower to wash off the mask and got dressed. Was a great experience and I'm sure if you don't want to take everything off then you can leave on swimwear

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is so rude. I was with a group and air conditioners weren't working. They refused to change rooms. When I called asking them to change the rooms the guy at the reception said a very curt NO! Housekeeping is joke here. When we returned in the evening we asked them for water as we didn't have it in the room. They took more than an hour. I called again after an hour and he yelled at me saying I am sending it. They expect you to wait for water for an hour.l! I was thirsty and it meant nothing to them. The shower wasn't working. I complained but no one bothered. I literally kept filling the glass from the spout to bathe!! The breakfast and dinner is okay. The staff is rude. Finally, we had a packed breakfast on the last day and we told them "no meat", strictly vegetarian but they gave us chicken sandwiches and were absolutely unapologetic. I hope they change their ways or shut down.

5-star facility located on the banks of the Kızılırmak river in Avanos. The rooms are nice, big and clean. It is close to the tourist attractions of Cappadocia. Food is delicious, drinks are affordable.................................
