酒店前台態度巨差，under 21所以就像對待犯人一樣對待你，要罰錢就罰錢不會不給沒必要態度那麼差不知道是******還是什麼。晚上下雨了很冷暖氣空調也是壞的，不推薦，甚至不推薦去這個島。

Such a hidden gem, tucked into the peaceful canyon. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the amenities and pool are lovely. This was my second stay.

It was a fantastic last minute getaway surprise for our daughters wedding anniversary, birthday. We absolutely loved it all the location, staff, it was nestled in the mountainside but a short distance to town, restaurant, golfing, hiking.

Slept well, ample pillows, comfortable bed. Enjoyed the pool, the setting surrounding us was beautiful. The ride to check in from the harbor was welcome. After walking down to town the next day we had our bearings and it all felt very walkable, but the taxi shuttle was easily available. Of special note, this is close to Wrigley’s Botanical Garden and the golf course. Gave it a full 5 though I’d say 4.5 for missing the restaurant which will open soon.

This hotel was a great experience for me. The room clean and comfortable . I especially enjoyed the view from the balcony. It was surrounded by lush green trees and plants. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was grateful for the free transportation to and back from downtown where all the attractions were even though it was a short 10-15 minute walk that I also did. The walk to downtown was scenic and I felt safe as well.

I had a room next to ice machine. And it was loud! All night long sounded like a big vacuum cleaner would turn on and off as it made ice. So annoying.

The hotel is wonderful, staff is friendly and attentive. Location is inconvenient and only way there is using their mini van-shuttle (call the hotel for the drivers number) or hiking up in dark streets with no sidewalk. It is on the city outskirts. Even for the low guest volume days, there were times where we or others had to wait in the cold for the next shuttle because it was full. I can’t imagine how inconvenient that is during peak season.

Enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service and the drivers were so nice. I do wish the restaurant was open and they still had the jacuzzi. The rooms are newly renovated and the bed is really comfortable.

The crew was exceptionally kind and helpful. I loved staying here. There is a shuttle available, which I totally forgot about upon arrival and made the lug up the hill with our luggage but that was not the crews fault as the woman at the front desk did have the driver on lookout to pick us up and she apologized (even though it was our mistake) and upgraded our room. Seems like they’re recently renovated and working on a couple small projects around as we did go in off season. It was a nice quiet vibe even though it was a little out of the way, much worth it.
