The experience at Hotel Treebo Lalaji was not fair due to: 1).No maintenace of bathrooms - observed broken plastic mug, toilet seat cover is broken with stains, wash basin strainer broken. 2). No proper cleaning of bathroom floor and bed room floors before check-in . We noticed slippery bath room floor and sticky bedroom floor. 3).Some plug sockets are not working and kettle provided is too old. 4).No bath towels were provided isnpite of our several requests. 5).No hotwater is available in the evening time for bathing . 6). The restaurant is getting opened only by 7.45 am affecting the site visit schedule. 7). Only 1 passenger lift is available and found out of service on the second day of staying. 8).Behaviour of the counter staff is not so fair.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hospitality was truly commendable – the staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. From a smooth check-in process to prompt room service, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The hotel features a pure vegetarian restaurant. The rooms were clean, adequately furnished, and provided all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The environment was peaceful, making it an ideal place to relax after a long day. The only small drawback was the hot water availability – it is provided only from morning until early afternoon. This could be inconvenient for those who prefer late showers or arrive late in the evening. However, this minor issue doesn't take away from the overall experience. Considering the quality of service, good food, and reasonable pricing, this hotel definitely offers great value for money.

The quality of the room is premium and all facility is good and its a best part for the stay it is located near railway station also the atmosphere is good the free of cost breakfast is also available in this price range the quality of food is best

Ever thing is good, service is good ,good staff members ,goog people ,rooms are good ,resturant have good food and people are good and on time ,each and every service is good ,near yo railway station , clean rooms.500 mtr from railway station.

Excellent stay with family and friendly supportive staff with comfortable clean rooms with good service The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. And the complimentary breakfast is also very good as well as the food quality
