Room amenities, we have to always ask for. For example no bathroom soap other things were kept, only one towel kept, No milk powder kept for the tea, on asking provided. For each n everything we have to ask for. Breakfast was ok. Staff is good and responsive. We specially thank Mr. Shankar to organise our tour very well

My perfectly wonderful sambhaji nagar trip was scarred by the harrowing experiance I had during checkout. The reception was so rude when i questioned them, incorrectly charging me for a water bottle. The person started citing hotel rules which clearly should have been explained prior. When I had spent so much at the property, didnt even say word about absence of wifi throughout my stay, a mere 50 rupee more wouldn't have been an issue. But the way I and my wife were spoken to regarding this, has left a bad taste regarding this property. Note. I wouldn't have taken the pain to write this review, if not the receptionist/cashier (I don't recall his name) had so boastfully said "jaha complain karna hai kardo'. Really guys? I am still giving 2 stars. Because the rest of the guys especially Mr.Raut were so well mannered and helpful.
