Couple of things i would like to appreciate: 1. Food was awesome, head chief gave personal attention to all the guests with restaurant staff equally supportive and helpful. 2. House keeping was up to the mark with a personal note each day, making it more memorable and comforting. Thanks to Bapu and Nishta. 3. Outdoor activities like Mini Golf, Croquet, Badminton and Swimming were quiet relaxing. Special thanks to Datta and Sachin for their support greeting you with a pleasant smile always. Overall it was a memorable Independence Day weekend for all of us... Thanks to all the Staff Members and Management!

One of the most amazing and memorable stay in a very long time. And what made it special was the people - right from the security guards, staff and trainees. Young, energetic and happy faces of trainees made us comfortable right from the time we landed and the moment we left. Be it Atharva & Divit at reception, Santosh, Nishitia, Prem & Sandeep in room service, Riya and Vansh at the restaurant… the trainees were super… simply awesome. Vansh’s omelette and Riya’s chat were one of the best I had in a long time. Chef Sainath and Manager Santosh in the restaurant made our trip very personal and comfortable. They are left no stone unturned to take care of us. Sachin at the pool made our life so easy by taking care of kids who didn’t want to come out of pool at all. Thanks everyone for make it special for us. All the best to the trainees and thank you to all the staff. The 2 security guards, I forgot their name have the most contagious smile and laughter. Made our day, very day.

When we decided that we are going to visit the Ajanta and Elora caves our obvious choice was Vivanta in Aurangabad. I have to say that both me and my wife were really let down after saying in this property. I have no clue what others are craving about this place in the reviews about. They have to be amateur and new travellers who have not experienced a proper Vivanta for sure. The property is run down in every sense. This place needs to be renovated completely. Every thing from the bed to the pillows to the toilets to the flooring are dying for a proper renovation. The TV in the rooms are a joke. We have laptop screens that are bigger than the TV that they have in the rooms. I really don't know where to start and where to end. The only reason this place gets appreciated and 2 stars in my opinion is because of the staff who are extremely helpful and friendly. The food is good. No complaints there. Other than that everything was down south. Taj has to really upgrade this property. It's really not worth being called a Taj Vivanta with the present condition of the rooms. Never had I thought that I would be able to rate a Vivanta so badly ever. Please get a make over soon

t was our fourth visit to Taj Aurangabad. A lot of constructive and progressive changes were visible. The Front Office Manager Mr Vivek Kaushik and team (Kajal, Venkatesh, Akankasha, Kishore, Anubhav) are polite, well informed, have developed the accumen to interact with the guests in a Taj like manner. They are quick and correct in the billings, allocation of rooms and escorting guests to their rooms. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager Mr Prabhat Mishra and team (Aadya Bhatt, Gajanan, Sandeep, Shivaji, Pandarinath Maske, Iqbal) are apt at making rooms comfortable and relaxing for the guests. The IRD is extremely prompt, courteous and polite in their interactions with the guests.A big thankyou for the entire team of Latitude, Tea House and Tease (Restaurant Manager Mr Vikram Nikam and Mr Santosh and team Vikrant, Anmol, Ambadas, Suresh, Sachin, Sheetal, Bhagwat, Kshitija, Dyaneshwar, Vaishnavi, Shahuji, Ninad, Mangesh) for taking extremely good care of us ***** with other guests during our lunches and dinners. They being interactive with guests and groomed well imparts a very positive vibe to their service. The restaurants no longer look dull and dingy. Proper lightings and other subtle but significant changes brought about in the hotel has given a new vibrant and positive look to it. The efforts and hard work put in by both the management and staff are definately visible. A big thankyou to the efforts put in by the gardeners (housekeeping) for mainaining the landscape. Our stay would not be so enjoyable but for the mouthwatering ,delicious ,out of the box dishes made by the chefs. Thankyou Chef Sainath, Chef Tijo Thomas (mouthwatering biryani), Chef Bhattacharya, Chef Poonam Chand Rathod (delicious Chinese food), Chef Hariom Singh (south Indian breakfast), Chef Abhijeet and Chef Riya (lovely egg aakuri). Thank you Mr Manoj from Concierge . If at Taj Aurangabad one must get a SPA treatment done from Upasana. She is an extremely well trained naturopathist. The interiors of the rooms have also been reburbished making the rooms look lively. The game section in the property has been beautifully landscaped.The buffet breakfast has a good spread & variety. The live counters for eggs and south Indian food are a must to be experienced. Our overall stay was one that will be always fondly remembered. Thankyou all once again.

Very polite and helpful staff. The breads tasted so fresh. Chef told me they bake fresh everyday. One of the best hospitalities I have experienced. My flight got delayed and I had already checked out.The staff swa me and offered to check in to get some rest. Very understanding and mindful people.

We went on 4 day family vacation to Aurangabad and was glad to have selected Taj Vivanta. We were greeted by courteous staff. Esther was amazing. She gave us amazing tour of the hotel. They were gracious enough to accommodate our early checkin request and gave us 4 rooms. One of the highlights of the hotel was their restaurant, Latitude. Every breakfast and dinner we were greeted by smiling and welcoming faces of Shital, Dhiraj, Santosh, Viashnavi, Vikram. Chef Sainath accommodated all our request to provide extremely satisfying dining experience. Special shoutout to Kshitija for special ginger masala tea. Excellent rooms, excellent facilities, beautiful ambiance, amazing food and top class staff!

We had one of our most memorable vacation courtesy Vivanta- Aurangabad. From Arrival till check out each and every staff member were ever smiling and helpful.. Mr Kishor at travel desk helped us a lot in planning our outing. Miss kajal was very kind in offering her help.. Chef Sainath ,Chef Dhodi ,sheetal , Santosh & Bhagwat they all made of each meal extraordinary and too good. They made of anniversary eve extra special by preparing a special mango cake . Overall it was extraordinary services and delicious delicacies…

Hi team, overall it was great stay for 2 days. Here are some points for you to improve 1. Room- in 207 there was drainage issue. Every time we had a bath bathroom was flooded. 2. Power backup- you must improve on power back up, during power cut it took 5-7 seconds for the power back up to come in. 3. Communication - one night dinner buffet was not available. As a in house guest it would have been better that I knew about it in advance. 4. Activities- if possible get kids play area, add some inventory to swimming pool like volleyball etc. 5. Add some goodies for kids at the time of checkin or checkout. In the end Thank you for the amazing hospitality and service, right from the moment we arrived the staff ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere...The comfortable and lavish accommodation, delicious dinning options ,from latitude's friendly staff who took care of our babies infact chef was preparing food for my babies and yes of-course your impeccable housing staff under mishraji exceeded my expectations... I'm just awestruck by the behavior, service,humbleness of ihm -a staffs(students).I was really really impressed with how smoothly everything was organized by Taj Hotels staffs and the friendly demeanor of your staff including housekeeper gazana kaka ..Latitude staff sheetal n Raina in the main desk n kajal too...Once again thank you for providing such a delightful stay ❤️..

Very nice hotel and very appreciative staff specially Sachin on pool very helpful guy ,and amar from security incharge help us to go to shoping , also immediate service is provided we asked for Colgate it was given in 2 minutes we will definitely visit the hotel again.
