We went on 4 day family vacation to Aurangabad and was glad to have selected Taj Vivanta. We were greeted by courteous staff. Esther was amazing. She gave us amazing tour of the hotel. They were gracious enough to accommodate our early checkin request and gave us 4 rooms. One of the highlights of the hotel was their restaurant, Latitude. Every breakfast and dinner we were greeted by smiling and welcoming faces of Shital, Dhiraj, Santosh, Viashnavi, Vikram. Chef Sainath accommodated all our request to provide extremely satisfying dining experience. Special shoutout to Kshitija for special ginger masala tea. Excellent rooms, excellent facilities, beautiful ambiance, amazing food and top class staff!

We had one of our most memorable vacation courtesy Vivanta- Aurangabad. From Arrival till check out each and every staff member were ever smiling and helpful.. Mr Kishor at travel desk helped us a lot in planning our outing. Miss kajal was very kind in offering her help.. Chef Sainath ,Chef Dhodi ,sheetal , Santosh & Bhagwat they all made of each meal extraordinary and too good. They made of anniversary eve extra special by preparing a special mango cake . Overall it was extraordinary services and delicious delicacies…

Hi team, overall it was great stay for 2 days. Here are some points for you to improve 1. Room- in 207 there was drainage issue. Every time we had a bath bathroom was flooded. 2. Power backup- you must improve on power back up, during power cut it took 5-7 seconds for the power back up to come in. 3. Communication - one night dinner buffet was not available. As a in house guest it would have been better that I knew about it in advance. 4. Activities- if possible get kids play area, add some inventory to swimming pool like volleyball etc. 5. Add some goodies for kids at the time of checkin or checkout. In the end Thank you for the amazing hospitality and service, right from the moment we arrived the staff ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere...The comfortable and lavish accommodation, delicious dinning options ,from latitude's friendly staff who took care of our babies infact chef was preparing food for my babies and yes of-course your impeccable housing staff under mishraji exceeded my expectations... I'm just awestruck by the behavior, service,humbleness of ihm -a staffs(students).I was really really impressed with how smoothly everything was organized by Taj Hotels staffs and the friendly demeanor of your staff including housekeeper gazana kaka ..Latitude staff sheetal n Raina in the main desk n kajal too...Once again thank you for providing such a delightful stay ❤️..

Very nice hotel and very appreciative staff specially Sachin on pool very helpful guy ,and amar from security incharge help us to go to shoping , also immediate service is provided we asked for Colgate it was given in 2 minutes we will definitely visit the hotel again.

From arrival to departure, 5 star quality here. Room was spacious and had a swing in the balcony! Breakfast was more than enough. Evening meal downstairs was plentiful. From office personnel (Upasana Khizar and Kishor) were tentative, professional, courteous, and overall amazing. We look forward to our next time in Aurangabad and plan to stay here again.

Nice gesture by GM,Mr.Bose to come down to meet us . Nice welcome and guidance for sight seeing by Reception team of Anubhav and Kajal. Also quick check-out by Upasana and good suggestions. Room had a nice garden view and a swing in balcony Ambience and Furniture need a re-haul. Tea, Coffee supplements ,Bathroom toiletries were well provided . Bathroom was clean, running hot water ,nice tub . Extra bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping and Restaurant staff all attentive and provide good service. Breakfast spread was very good. Overall a happy and comfortable stay .

Very polite and helpful staff. The breads tasted so fresh.😋 Chef told me they bake fresh everyday. One of the best hospitalities I have experienced. My flight got delayed and I had already checked out.The staff swa me and offered to check in to get some rest. Very understanding and mindful people.

Excellent staff. Great meals. Good car service. Clean rooms and clean public spaces. We would return to the property if we are in Auranghabad again. Safe and quiet location . Wooded surroundings add to charm to the hotel. We also spent time during late evenings in the garden enjoying cool breeze.

Hoteliers! Their job revolves around smiles, yet it's an incomparably hard journey. Rain or shine, from gardens to lobbies, they serve tirelessly. "It's okay, sir!" they say, no matter how many times we inconvenience them. Even when unwell or feeling down, they greet us with a smile. They persevere, they endure, and above all, they just smile. His assurance that he would take care of everything meant the world to us. Datta at the pool, your attentive service and friendly demeanor made our stay memorable. Sahu, who served us tirelessly in our room with a constant smile, your dedication does not go unnoticed. I have not eaten such amazing Sambhar and Dosa ever! Fab fab 👌food..and the way Chef Sainath comes to you and take care of you with folded hands! Abhijit who made world best Dosa's for me and Vaishnavi - the way she served us...you guys have such warmth as if we are guests at home! And above all - Rubin, despite being drenched, you came with a big smile for a quick service. We apologize for the inconvenience, but you assured us, "It's okay, sir!" All our gratitude to the amazing staff who make every stay extraordinary. That's why we proudly say - Wahhhhhh Taj!
