Our stay at this hotel was highly disappointing and well below the standards expected of a 3 or 4-star property. From an unwelcoming, judgmental duty manager to the absence of basic services like a bellboy, hand wash, and timely welcome drinks, the experience was poor throughout. The corridors were suffocatingly hot, and the room, though tidy, had hair on the bed. Staff were untrained, the restaurant service was inconsistent, and billing included unjustified extra charges. The rooftop restaurant was also poorly ventilated. Overall, this property lacks professionalism and comfort. I strongly recommend choosing better alternatives in Aurangabad. Dutt manager has utter most level of attitude on face like he is the owner of property or whole Aurangabad the fat guy with spects, giving the impression that he was scrutinizing our reasons for staying—a gross overstep of professional boundaries. Personal biases have no place in the hospitality industry, and staff should focus solely on their duties.
