"The hotel's surroundings are a bit secluded, so I wouldn't recommend walking too far at night. However, the hotel's location is excellent, with river views, and the art museum directly opposite the main entrance is definitely worth a visit. The hotel lobby and elevators have a classic, traditional feel, while the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are modern and very clean. The front desk staff I encountered were all lovely. The food and beverage options on the first floor are quite good, and while the gym might have a slight odor due to recent renovations, the facilities are excellent. Overall, highly recommended!"

"It was an overall good stay. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable , didn’t get a lot of service beds weren’t fully made no towels in the rooms upon check in the rooms. But other than that it wasn’t bad. The location was great lots of places around Ross TJ maxx across re street Waffle House and McDonald’s in the same parking lot,"

"we will never come to this this hotel again.. the guy in the kitchen is very rude.. we left there on Sunday an we couldn't even eat breakfast the food was horrible. coffee was old and when i told him he was very rude never again but i will say the room was very clean."
