Suite Ist groß, Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig. Abendessen mit kleiner Karte gut.

The quadruple suite in the loft was spacious and even included a foosball table. We asked for a ball from the helpful front desk staff. My family enjoyed the views on the balcony and the unique artwork and furnishings. There was a "sleep lab" on our floor with different pillow options to select to be more like home which we enjoyed. In the fitness room within the basement was a massage chair which I enjoyed after a walk in the natural path across the street. We found a local biergarten, Michels, within a block walk that served delicious food and bier. The hotel within a residential location may not be ideal for some travelers who prefer to be in the city center, but the hotel appeared well-connected to local transportation routes and included free parking. The included breakfast was great.

Clean small hotel ... staff very friendly... good breakfast and a fair price

The accommodation booked was for a 3,5 star hotel. At best this hotel was a budget hotel of 2 to 2.5 star. Staff went home from 6pm, with no assistance until the next shift the next day. The beds were thrown together low and of a poor standard. The bathroom shower did not work correctly and had no washing soap for our first night. The Wifi was non existent although advertised at 25+mbs In general the the accommodation is what you would expect for a 2 star hostel. I am unsure who gives the star ratings but usually they are based on the rooms and facilities

ein sehr gelungener aufenthalt ich war zu einem kongress hier in der stadt und war 2 nächte in diesem hotel sehr gutes preis leistungsverhältniss für eine stadt wie augsburg personal war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit frühstück war gut und es wurde alles immer nachgefüllt w lan hat sehr gut funktioniert hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt

Hotel pulito e molto bello. Colazione eccellente e servizi gratuiti da hotel 4 stelle quali quotidiani, acqua fresca al piano, caffè/the/gelati disponibili alla reception.
