Sauber und nett eingerichtet. Freundliches Personal.

This hotel is located near the hospital, around 5 km (3 miles) away from the city center. You can visit the city by tram or by taxi/Uber. The hotel has spacious rooms (for European standards) and it is clean. The beds are comfortable. But what I liked the best is the attitude of the personnel. They are *ALL* very kind, ready to help you with anything, and very accommodating. One thing you need to keep in mind, though, is that the reception is not open 24 hrs. If you leave after hours (e.g., early morning) you need to check out the night before and then you leave the room key in your room. Another great feature is the quality of the breakfast buffet they have. you really need to try it! It includes eggs (hard-boiled and scrabbled), an assortment of cured meats and cheeses, freshly baked croissants and various breads, sweets, and a bunch of other items. If breakfast is not included in the room price, it costs 15 Euros (and it is well worth it!) Around the hotel there are not too many things to do. You can have dinner there or walk 7-8 min to go to a nearby biergarten (Grill 'n Chill). But be aware that at certain times at night, sitting outside makes you a mosquito target. If you are going to the Munich airport they can recommend you a taxi/limo service, which operates a direct shuttle service for 50 Euros (they have more expensive options if you do not want to share your drive). This is a great deal since the railway ticket costs 29 Euros, you need to get a taxi to the station (I paid 15 Euros for Uber), and you need to change trains in Munich. So, if you need to stay near the hospital or you want a very good place to stay while visiting Augsburg, this is a great choice.

Schon das Einchecken war erfreulich: sehr herzlicher Empfang. Dann in dem angenehmen Zimmer die nächste Überraschung - eine persönlich Begrüßung auf einer kleinen Tafel (siehe Foto) . Das Bad ist groß und sauber, die Heizung funktioniert gut. Toll, ein Vergrößerungsspiegel. Die Betten sind bequem, das gepolsterte Kopfteil ist Klasse beim Fernsehschauen oder Lesen. Und der Fernseher ist reichlich groß, ungewöhnlich für ein Hotelzimmer. In der kleinen Bar gibt es es guten Kaffee, sehr feinen Wein und leckeren Flammkuchen am Abend. Alle Mitarbeiter - ohne Ausnahme - waren wirklich herzlich, zugewand, empatisch und guter Laune. Wir waren total begeistert von der Stimmung, das Konzept der Inklusion klappt hier hervorragend. Beim Auschecken (es war mein Geburtstag) habe ich ein Tütchen mit Blumensamen bekommen samt einem persönlichen, handgeschriebenen Gruß. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas außerhalb, aber die Busse fahren 3 Gehminuten von hier ab und die Uniklinik ist ganz in der Nähe.

Ich war zu einer Fortbildung in diesem Hotel und war wirklich begeistert! Ein tolles Konzept, sehr nette und ausgesprochen zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, ein kleines aber feines und nett eingerichtetes Zimmer. Hier würde ich immer wieder buchen, wenn es mich nach Augsburg verschlägt ...

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm, schönes unkompliziertes Hotelamiente, freundlicher und prompter Empfang. Mein Zimmer war ansprechend eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage zum Park hin top, absolute Ruhe in der Nacht. Herrlich. Das Personal war freundlich bis sehr freundlich- hilfsbereit- aufmerksam. Frühstück fand ich ok. In kleinen Portionen angerichtet, schmackhaft. Besonders hervorzuheben die Organe Ingwer- Marmelade- laut Auskunft selbst gemacht! Ich hätte mir statt des im Frühstück inkludierten Filterkaffees einen „besseren“ Kaffee gewünscht. Der war für meinen Geschmack nicht gut/leicht bitter. Inklusives Konzept des Hotels hat mir gefallen, die kleinen Small Talks und die wahrgenommene Authentizität! Lage außerhalb der Innenstadt, gut erreichbar mit Bus und Bahn incl. kurzem 5 minütigen Fußweg.

Super schönes Hotel mit tollen Personal. Alles hat gepasst, ich komme gerne wieder. Schöne und saubere Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück, dass keine Wünsche offen ließ, Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
