Great hotel Really clean and friendly staff Its pretty basic but great price Its really handy for the tram (its right outside the hotel) to take you into town Pub/restaurant next door to which is handy for food

Convenient, clean, very friendly staff. No significant complaints. A fridge in the room would be beneficial.

The receptionist whose name wasI Colin, although I am not 100% sure, was excellent, nothing was too much trouble him. The room was very suitable for our needs. Having the Sheldon Arms pub restaurant within 1 minutes walk was a bonus and the food was good,very good. Your Go breakfast is great value for money. Well done Trave

Always stay here when visiting Family and friends in the area. Staff are always friendly and polite and the rooms clean and well presented. The Sheldon Arms a large family pub is next door and again staff always polite and friendly and the food excellent. There is a Metro Tram stop a short walk away in the main road. Top tip try to get a room at the rear of the building as the metro line does run in front of the Travelodge.

One night stay for a work event, quick and easy check in and free parking a bonus. Reception team and manager happy to help and assist me with all my questions. Close to the tram line but didn't bother me as i'm use to a little noise.

The rooms were decent, but there was mold in the windows. The staff was friendly but lacked organization. When we arrived, there was no one at reception, which has a bad reputation. They took a while to check us in and informed us that we couldn’t check in until 2 p.m. despite our arrival just before 2 p.m. I explained that we had an early check-in request, and they apologized. We also wanted to extend our check-out time since we were out until 10 or 11 p.m. They agreed to the late check-out, but then they charged us £10 extra. I was confused, but I accepted the fee. However, when we checked out at 12 p.m. on the day of our departure, they banged on our door and demanded that we leave immediately because it was past 12 p.m. I reminded them that we had a late checkout and presented the invoice, but they didn’t seem to be aware of this. They didn’t offer any apologies or compensation for waking us up. Apart from these issues, the overall experience was satisfactory.
