前台和酒店位置離得很遠，幸好開車了，不然，夜裡從前台走到房間非得凍僵。價格900多一晚上有點兒不值，整個樓層就我一間屋有人住，那是真安靜，其他的還行吧

Extremely poor customer service. The accommodation itself is more motel than hotel, but is in a decent location. We encountered problems with our accommodation, which meant the price paid was nothing like value for money & they were not able to resolve. When we tried to reasonably resolve it through official channels, the owner/manager was extremely rude, unprofessional & unaccommodating. Would not stay in a Best Western 'hotel' again as a result of this experience.

Very clean and spacious room. Only had a basic room. But still had a spa bath. Over night the room / area was quiet considering it's not that far from the motorway. Staff were friendly. Only downside was parking was not allocated to a room, just first in basis. So when returning after dinner had to find a park, but not that bad

WARNING! We booked this hotel for a concert and it was cancelled at 10 am the morning of arrival. Why? Because the card I used for payment declined due to the expiration date changing due to replacement card. 2 phone calls whilst we were flying to Auckland. I rang when we landed but they had cancelled accommodation already...after 90 mins. Leaving us with no accommodation. This says ALOT about their customer service and how they treat people!!! Luckily Adina Hotel Britomart had vacancy. Beautiful hotel and close to concert free bus. And cheaper. Worked out better for us!

I had a course at the hotel so staying there was more than ideal. Breakfast was included which was lovely, and lot of options for all dietary requirements. I do feel that because of the location and the course I was attending, this was the reason for the increase in price compared to neighboring hotels offering the same.

Having stayed here many times over the last six years, I found the facilities and customer service to be fantastic on this trip. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the restaurant food was tasty and to a good standard and the customer services team were friendly and efficient. I will be happy to be heading back there next month for another stay.

Very expensive for a run down room still with the original 60’s Devore and stunk of mould. Won’t be staying again for this price I deserve luxury not a backwater smell pit. Best thing was what came out of a bottle at the bar.
