thumbs up: 1/ location - right on the viaduct harbour 2/ room is spacious & with practical layout and furnishing 3/ nice to see beau the labrador, the ambassador of the hotel  4/ concierge staff mr kim was professional for addressing us  thumbs down: 1/ check in - checked in at about 3pm and waited for more than 40 minutes to have the room ready ... luggage wasn't even sent to the room and needed to wait for another 20 minutes 2/ housekeeping - an area needed big improvement ... it' was not up to park hyatt's standard ... missing replacing tea cups, wine glasses, body lotion, soap, slippers, water, and etc ... the floor was with dust after staying 9 nights ... soap dishes weren't cleaned everyday 3/ breakfast - so apparently short of staff and training ... there were times proper cutlery wasn't prepared when seated and needed to ask for it .. missing orders like cup of coffee and water 4/ guest services - please don't expect calls to be picked up timely

The pool was under maintenance with no indication when booking. But rooms are nice and clean, location is great!

Beautiful hotel location, with great rooms overlooking the water. Fantastic Le Labo toiletries in the room, and a nice pool + spa. Hotel has a nice bar too. Could just do with some nicer design touches - the design feels a bit forgettable.

服務態度很好，房間乾淨整潔，洗漱用品齊全！房間有大陽台非常寬敞舒服，窗外景也很美！酒店附近餐廳也很多，有幾個playground適合帶孩子玩。週末不遠處有很多酒吧稍微有點吵。

房間整體設計還是不錯，屬於現代風格，早餐可以單點也可以自助，他們家早飯自助相比單點菜顯得一般了。要真挑毛病就是硬件設施一般，網速差看電影連續劇有卡頓，還有就是一進門就是WC，在意的最好考慮一下。 設施：整體設施設計的不錯，兩個浴室有一個帶浴缸，要説設施裏面就是一進門就是衞生間廁所。 衞生：整體衞生確實可以，看着挺乾淨的。 環境：整體現代風格，有個櫃子專門可以喝茶喝咖啡自選，咖啡茶一般，飲料礦泉水除了兩瓶免費送，其他的都是收費。而且外景能看見天空塔，一層餐廳旁邊就是海港。 服務：餐廳和客房服務確實可以，軟件方面比國內很多酒店好。

設施非常好，應該是akl cbd最好的酒店了。但感覺服務員態度一般，每個人都很匆忙有點沒耐心的感覺。spa超級喜歡，泳池小感覺不是那麼乾淨，spa桑拿泳池提供很多浴巾很方便，房間很舒服。早餐非常好

硬件挺不錯的酒店！但是服務一塌糊塗，特別是當天duty manager Christine，太不夠資格當這樣五星酒店的經理！服務態度極差！當場complain後，還在辦一個勁狡辯！後來果斷住新開的Intercontinental hotel，那高了一個檔次！所有洗漱用品Byredo的，牙膏也明顯好一個檔次！

酒店在奧克蘭碼頭邊，碼頭景色不錯，早餐分冷食自選和熱食單點，品質不錯，房間和國內對比的話比較簡單了面積也略小，算是奧克蘭目前最好的酒店？

在奧克蘭市中心，周圍很多酒吧，遇到週末的話，低樓層晚上會有點吵，有人飆車。不過酒店服務很好，餐廳很好吃！
