Great place to stay reasonably close to the airport and a quick drive into town. It’s nestled in a suburban area so probably need a car to get around.

It was the best facility I have ever seen in New Zealand better than hotel I think!! Nice facility and quiet and clean but need a car to go!

Not enough parking. Air conditioning running but not cooling, ,stayed for four night in a warm room, replacement towels were to be charged @ $10, recommdations for one night stop over, not good for three or more days. Main entrance door had to be banged shut for the automatic door to lock.

The house has 6 rooms for renting and we had the ensuite one which is about 35 sq. M. Its pretty new and high standard. We can also use the kitchen and other common areas. The whole house is about 300 sq. M. The location is about 25 minutes drive frim CBD. There is no supermarket within walking distance. Also the streets are narrow and has many parked cars because there are many similar share housing. Overall the stay is very enjoyable.

Enjoyed the stay, however, it needed more clarification whether rooms had own kitchen or not just put shared kitchen. Location was convenient to our needs of attending family meetings. Peaceful and quiet. Beautiful rooms nice and cozy. Well ventilated. Good service 👍 👌 💯

Very clean n neat accomodation, provide varities of fruit tea. its kind of new accomodation/house. But a bit far from the shops/restaurants/shopping mall. If u wanna go out for shopping.make sure u hv your own car/transport to go out.

Don’t like how the self check in is designed especially during the winter months

Awesome stay, We stayed there 2 nights 2 adults and 2 children stayed there, The place was clean smelled nice. Awesome furnishings. There were other quest in the place but you would not know. The stay is a different set up where the place was like homestay in bulit up area other homes around. The streets and homes are clean tidy and quiet. We shared lovely kitchen and if you are upstairs we had out own little area to make coffee and tea and a lounge to relax. We planned activities in Auckland for our time there, and it was nice get back to a comfortable room and home. I would recommend the stay to others and would stay again Thankyou. Our children loved the place. I gave 3 for location it is in built up area and 3 for service, we saw no one during out time there had to ring for help. but the line was busy. Still ok place to stay.

The room and the public area area, Cozy environment to stay. Quiet a few restaurants when drive for 5 mins.

It is in a new residential area, which is safe and quiet. The closest shopping places or restaurants are about 25 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. It takes about 15 minutes walk from the closest bus stop which the buses connect to several shopping centers and bus stations. The property is quiet new, clean, and well equipped for daily life. They also allow you to use a washing machine. However, we could not use it, as they have forgotten to open the laundry room even we asked. It would be nicer if they opened it as soon as possible.

Was very clean, the cleaners really do a good job, 20 minutes from. Airport. I would recommend it
