Overall score: 2.7/5 (Below Expectations). Pros: - Bathroom was clean. - Room serviced every second day (clean towels/dishes, rubbish removed, bed made, tea/coffee topped-up). - Carparks on 3 sides of building. - Staff were friendly. Cons: - Bedroom floor dirty upon arrival (needed a vacuum and mop). - Heat-pump was either on or off (arrived on a hot sunny day and wanted to cool down but 28° heat was only option. Had to just open window instead, but when someone started smoking outside, closed it). - Noisy area with regular low-flying aircraft, loud traffic/sirens, and people talking at all hours (people outside or in hallway or neighboring rooms can be heard from our room with doors closed). - Pillows very thin and hard.

Room was nice and clean. It was also very well equipped for such a small place. If I saw the knives and cutlery earlier, I would have bought fruits from the supermarket. Lots of power outlets conveniently located near the bed and table. It's a very clean and functional space.

Room is small but has everything you need for a short stay Manuka city Centre very close to your location 

Great little motel for the price. I doubt you will get better in the area. As good as a hotel just no restaurant very small rooms.

Pas loin de l'aéroport, y'a pas mal de supermarket à côté. Par contre les draps n'étaient pas du tout propre et il y'a beaucoup de bruit le soir
