Hotel needs updating, rooms, common areas and elevators are old.

No one changed the linens had to call for soap and shampoo and towels totally abandoned hotel with nothing to do called front desk 10 times no one answered. Room smelled like smoke burn holes in the furniture lights bulbs burnt out broken iron

They had roaches and no workers even came to change the sheets or give towels

Stayed in the bourbon tower - the room was very clean and updated. The staff was helpful and attentive when we requested a hair dryer. Overall my only complaint was the quality of the beds which were very hard and one step up from sleeping on a cot.

Excellent hotel! Very familiar, good restaurants, I loved the decoration, amazing playground, amazing bar. Near to Hard Rock and Ocean! I don’t understand why this hotel doesn’t have better ratings, it’s really good!!!

Nice hotel and fun with water park

Premium king suite was nothing special . Wallpaper peeling off . Room was dark and lots of dirty surfaces. Hotel staff lied to us multiple times . I asked if there was an event this weekend because I don’t like going when there are large crowds . They said there wasn’t and when I got there it was a massive cheerleading expo. My brothers car also got broken into and looted while parked in their parking garage

The pricing, facilities, and people who are working there are great.

This was a horrible experience very run down facility. Blonde 50-60 yo security guard was very rude and unhelpful when asked for assistance for directions to my room, was told to go to the front desk for help. I had the worst night children screaming and yelling all night long horrible stay

I asked for the bed in the room to be made (In person) to the desk staff. When the cleaners serviced my room. Instead of making the bed. They decided to throw bed sheets on the bench in the room. Giving a clear message to me, and my spouse to, "Make your own damn bed". Highly disappointed with this, as well as the broken ice machines on multiple floors (Including thr floor I was on).

Rooms are old dated and dirty . Elevator has 10 min wait time

Restaurants more oriented to children. Burgers, pizza. Lobby outdated. Called housekeeping & front desk numerous times, rings about 10 times then disconnects. Valet parking not open. Front desk person was polite & helpful. Safe in room not operational. No hair dryer. No matter what we set the thermostat to it would never mive from 73. Would not go back nor recommend

There is no ******, food options are limited. Parking was very expensive at $25/night self park.
