衞生超級超級超級差，床單臟，馬桶臟，燈的開關也臟，花灑在地上，洗衣機里居然還有衣服，真的不可思議！而且我們這個所謂的公寓裏地圖上酒店的位置1km多，前台服務人員帶我們過去時還得一直問路，業務極其不熟練，15分鐘路程折騰了45分鐘，非常曬非常累，也非常浪費時間！

I have been in contact with the hotel property in Athens Olvia Suites in Athens since 3 days ago everyday. I asked if possible for a refund or moving to a later date. They said given that the mother of my partner died, the reason we couldn’t come to Athens anymore, they said they’re working on it to be approved. We were initially relieved for their consideration on this. As the booking is today, I told them Transavia understood our situation and gave us a free rebooking on Sept 21 to Athens & if it’s possible for them to have the confirmation as well so we can plan better. They said, they decided to cancel our booking knowing we cannot come anymore as the mother of my partner died, without refund nor rebooking. I told them then if i can just give our room to our friends with breakfast for 2 in Athens so it’s not wasted, they said it’s not possible as they already decided to cancel the booking knowing we cannot come. I think with this hotel, rather than to sympathise, they even capitalised on this sad situation … :(( It’s very very sad and disappointing how Olvia Suites of Athens dealt with us, and even ´capitalised’ on the situation ..

The suites are in a very good area. The room was ok and clean but the sound insulation is so bad that you can't enjoy your stay. And if you get the one basement room just two meters from the reception that get worse. The staff was very help full and kind.

We loved this place. Super affordable. Walking distance to everything. Great coffee shops, bars and restaurants at our feet. Awesome staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Our rooms were super clean, practical and modern. Great place!

Great place to stay with my family. Perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere and go back to our room for a rest. Very practical. So many great coffee shops and places to eat. Our room had a kitchenette. This is amazing with a family. The room was super clean. We loved it! The staff was great with us. We really appreciate you guys. Highly recommended!
