This 1-bedroom, 1-bath basement apartment has a private entrance from the main house, is kept clean & orderly, and has a spacious living room to unwind after a long day and a quaint kitchenette with all amenities to meet your morning needs. You will enter the apartment along the pathway through the front yard, where you’ll find a private entrance with keypad entry access. Upon entry, you’ll find yourself in the main living space, which includes the living room/TV area as well as the kitchenette/dining area. The kitchenette has all amenities needed to meet your evening/morning needs (sink, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee+coffee pot, and grab & go breakfast/snack items). Down the hallway, you’ll find one comfortable bedroom (queen) with a closet and one bathroom separate from the main living space. This unit is only approved for 2 guests; you must reach out in advance with requests for additional guests, which will result in an additional fee. About your hosts: We are a family of 4 (Blake, Natalie + twin toddlers) living upstairs in the main house unit. While we will be available, if needed, we do not share any space with the basement apartment, and provide contact-less check-in and check-out for our guests.
