Avoid. Not a 4* hotel. - There was a strange odour in the room. - The room had not been cleaned properly, there were cobwebs found on the walls and on the ceiling. - There are cracks on the walls along with water stains, the room in general is not in good condition. - We have booked a king room but the bed is not a king or double bed but just two single beds pushed together. - The aircon was noisy making a rattling sound when on. - The soap holder in the bathroom was chipped and there was a big crack on the shower floor. - The fixtures in the bathroom were also loose and the door was difficult to lock. - We found hair lodged in the shower tray, so it seems that the bathroom had also not been properly cleaned. - The breakfast was poor (€6 each). The bread and pastries were stale. There were no milk or bowls for cereal and only instant coffee was included with breakfast. It was bad quality coffee and we could not drink it, in order to have acceptable quality coffee we had to pay extra. When we brought this to management's attention on the day after our first night stay, we received stares from the front desk staff as we walked through the foyer. I’ve attached their response in the photos, but essentially no resolution offered. They commented that the stale coffee was for a "group of Poles" and that we made a "very cheap reservation from Booking which does not include breakfast or swimming pools". It was not a cheap reservation, it was for a king room at a 4* hotel. They tried to explain away the issues with the air conditioning by saying that the room was not cooling down as it was hot outside. Clearly, it was an issue they were aware of. Terrible customer service. Didn't want to hear the issues when brought up at checkout.

They tried to explain away the issues with the air conditioning by saying that the room was not cooling down as it was hot outside. Clearly, it was an issue they were aware of. We had not had this issue with any of our other accommodations, since the whole point of an air conditioning unit is to cool down your room when it is hot. On checkout, the front desk staff asked us why we were not happy with our room. I began to list the issues and he stopped me mid-sentence and waved me off. Terrible customer service. Mio figlio di 12 anni ci è stato in gita scolastica. Accoglienza molto lenta. Camere quadrupla, di cui due letti rotti! Nonostante le segnalazioni nessuna riparazione o cambio camera, hanno dormito in 4 in un letto matrimoniale. Doccia otturata e acqua calda a singhiozzi. Pulizia camera molto scarsa, hanno trovato, sotto al letto, le bottiglie dei clienti che vi avevano soggiornato precedentemente. Cucina molto buona, soprattutto la Colazione.

Mia figlia si è recata in questa struttura per la gita nel Cilento con la scuola media. Un’esperienza da incubo. Personale sgarbato, camere con letti rotti, vasche da bagno che si otturano, lo scarico del wc rotto. Dopo intervento della reception il problema è stato del tutto irrisolto. Vogliamo parlare del cibo? Il primo giorno i ragazzi lamentavano che il cibo fosse acido, qualcuno nonostante questa avvisaglia ha mangiato tutto. Morale della favola? Quasi mezza classe con intossicazione alimentare, vomito, mal di stomaco nausea e diarrea. Da Internet, noi genitori, apprendevamo che anche un’intera scolaresca proveniente da Recanati aveva purtroppo avuto intossicazione alimentare compreso i docenti. Ma come fanno a scrivere 5 stelle? Forse sarebbe il caso di adire le vie legali. Vergogna

Hotel accogliente ed elegante, comodo per visitare Paestum ed altre località del Cilento. Ristorante buono camere spaziose. Apprezzata in particolare la musica napoletana in occasione di capodanno. Personale cortese, prezzi in linea con l’offerta

Ho alloggiato presso questo hotel per 2 notti, con pranzo e cena incluse nel prezzo. L hotel in sè è molto funzionale e strategico , grazie anche alla sua posizione vicino all autostrada , il suo vero difetto in realtà sta in piccoli difetti ( per me importanti) : 1 ) per poter entrare nelle stanze è necessario avere una carta magnetica che inserita consentiva l accesso alla stanza . Molte volte però la suddetta carta si smagnetizzata, con causa di dover andare alla reception . 2 ) come ho specificato prima , oltre al mio alloggio avevo colazione , pranzo e cena incluse nel prezzo. La qualità del cibo , devo dire, che non ha soddisfatto la mia spetattiva di un hotel 5 stelle , anche se qualche volta cucinavano dei piatti con un qualcosa di buono. 3 ) una delle cose fondamentali che io guardo quando alloggio in un albergo è il servizio . Parlando del servizio dell hotel , possiamo dire che in caso di problema nella camera la linea era sempre disponibile ;parlando , invece , del momento nel quale ci portavano il cibo ci sono parecchi aspetti negativi ( io elencherò solo quello che mi ha alterato di più) : i camerieri parlavano in maniera scurrile , con l utilizzo di parolacce e in alcuni casi bestemmiando. L ultima considerazione finale : l hotel in sè e la sua posizione sono comode e ottimali per viaggi in famiglia o con amici, ma a causa di varie problematiche il mio voto non supera la sufficienza ( meno di 3 stelle).
