My below-average experience begins when I communicated with the Sales Manager Mr. George Isaac, asked several questions and requests, but he did not respond, and when I arrived at the hotel: 1. Iron and pressing table: refused to provide any told me they have a laundry and pressing service 2. Baby cot: don't have any! 3. Restaurant hall: when I arrived, found out it is not well-air-conditioned (using old-fashioned ACs) 4. At the main gate, delayed me for no reason and couldn't find my name registered despite my 50% down-payment: seems like the security guards and the hotel reception are not well-coordinating together
