Tolip Resort El Galala Hills

Our stay at Tolip El Galala Heights was wonderful! Special thanks to Ms. Reemonda for her kindness and support, to Adham, the lifeguard, for his great care, and to the beach bus driver — although I don’t remember his name, he drove us safely and punctually back to the hotel at 8:15 PM. (My husband and I were sitting in the front seats). Honestly, the whole hotel team is truly amazing — professional, friendly, and dedicated. Please keep it up, because with this spirit you will definitely surpass some “big name” brands that live only on fake reputation. 👏

Disappointed and Unwelcomed at Tolip El Galala Unfortunately, our experience at Tolip El Galala was extremely disappointing. Despite being on the premises, we were denied access not only to the restaurants but even to the main reception area, without any clear explanation or effort to assist us. The treatment we received felt unwelcoming and dismissive, which is the opposite of what one would expect from a hospitality establishment. We had looked forward to enjoying the facilities, but instead left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I hope the management reconsiders their policies and approach toward guests, as no one should be made to feel like an outsider in a place that claims to offer luxury and hospitality

Very bad experience , you can go if you just need to relax in your balcony and enjoying the view . But if you need a 5 star hotel dont go Telephone dont work Sechoir in the bathroom dont work Light in the room dont work just 1 lampe No shampoo in the bathroom and we were waiting for half an hour to refill The door need some effort to open and close , Reception not helpful The food is good not bad

I was in the hotel from 2-4 February, 2025. My room was 1144. This my second stay. Excellent hotel as rooms, restaurants, gym, pools, but very strange on what comes to batteries. The door lock is battery operated, batteries empty!! The safe is battery operated, no batteries!! The TV remote is battery operated, poor batteries!! Annoying things that can be easily checked with non-expensive care. I would have deducted half a star, but that isn’t available, so I will keep it at five stars hopping they will remedy this issue.

We arrived 3pm smooth check in &out we stayed a week We took1404 nice room as close to reception to elevators but the house keeping did not clean the room the whole week only refill the tea& sugar make the bed and change the towels.it was my first to see the elevator full of sand coming from people after they came from the sea the maintenance in this hotel is zero we had to force the door to shut. the tv was dead &took us 3calls to the reception to tell us how to repair. the water was cut one evening while going to dinner &return after we got back from dinner [this is a first to me] reception is not helpful at all [not professional] we had to call them every time we need anything& this is wrong eg the iron was not in the room there is no number to housekeeping or maintenance i looked for guest relation manager could not found on his desk all week food was ok just ok although everyone there was very polite &helpful they treat me as a queen thanks chef SAED &chef Ibrahim the sea is marvelous for everyone who can swim and who cannot. although we have to wait at least15 minutes to ride the bus to take us to the sea in 5 minutes even the bathrooms outside the restaurants was not clean according to level of cleanliness and variety of food this hotel is a4 star not 5 star there are 2 food courts so we did not had any problem kids friendly there is animation team every night i do not know about as i did not go to the theatre the best thing in this hotel is that it is close to Cairo &the sea is wonderful I will comeback again in the future
