酒店整體感覺不錯。安靜，乾淨，佈局美觀，房間很大。有西式早餐。雖然不在城市中心，但交通方便，幾百米內公交站和線路都多，購物也方便。

Здравствуйте! Ни в коем случае не бронируйте этот "отель" ,если планируете сохранить время, деньги и нервы. Я забронировала номер 4 сентября с 28.09.22 по 03.10.22. Мы выехали из Омска в 7.00 28.09 на личном авто с двухлетним ребёнком. И очень сильно были возмущены, когда по приезду в Павлодар около 11 дня менеджер написала в ватс ап, что у них произошли какие-то технические проблемы. Удивительное совпадени начала выдачи повесток и нашей цены за номер за 5 ночей ( около 12 тысяч рублей). По телефону она пыталась что-то изобразить о прорыве канализации именно в нашем номере. Настроение испорчено, отпуск естественно тоже! Хорошо ,что мы приехали, на авто, а не на самолёте или поездом. Естественно мест сейчас нигде нет. Деньги за отмену бронирования не взяли.
