Due to a faulty lock we were without a place to stay late at night in Assisi. The restaurant owner where we went recommended La Casina Coloradan and the owner Beatrice picked us up late at night and took us to her lovely place. The accommodations were great and she could not have been a better hostess to us. The town had no laundromat and she was so nice she did our laundry for us and would not accept any money. She was truly an angel who came to our aide.

Very easy to find and Beatrice gave very clear instructions for my arrival. Lovely room and bathroom. Very good WiFi. The position is central which means that it is half way up a very long hill. Perfect. Will definitely be back hopefully with other members of the family. It is also only about a two minute walk from my favourite restaurant - Il Menestrello so my stay was made even better. Thank you so much.

Un b&b veramente accogliente è come essere a casa, posizione ottima. La proprietaria attenta a tutto dal momento in cui parti al momento in cui arrivi. Ci ha inviato indicazioni sul parcheggio e sui locali dove potevamo pranzare, cenare e fare colazione. Ci è venuta incontro sull' orario di check-in perché noi saremmo arrivati la sera tardi. Una persona dolcissima, cortese e professionale. Se andate ad Assisi vi consiglio vivamente la Casina Colorata, noi sicuramente ci torneremo.

A acolhida da Beatrice, a forma como ela mos conduziu, via mensagem do WhatsApp com detalhes para o estacionamento, e chegada no hotel, já que em Assis não se pode trafegar nas ruas com carros que não seja da cidade. Ela foi tão atenciosa e compreensiva, foi ao nosso encontro e nos ajudou com nossa bagagem, quando nos encontrou de longe acenado como se fosse alguém da monja família com saudades nos enco teando. Me senti acolhida. Beatrice não é só uma anfitriã, se tornou uma amiga. O ambiente limpo, lindo e a onchegante.

Le camere sono pulitissime, silenziose ed accoglienti..Thé tisane e caffé sempre a disposizione per la prima colazione mattutina..e tutti i giorni il sorriso di Beatrice che ti augura la buona giornata..non perdetevi questo posto per nessuna ragione al mondo! A começar pela anfitriã Beatrice uma pessoa adorável, amorosa e muito disposta a ajudar, mesmo no idioma se fez entender e se esforçou para entender. A acomodação é linda, limpa e muito espaçosa. Localizada no centro, bem próximo à lojinhas, restaurantes e outros comércios. Indicarei e retornarei. Meu sonho é voltar com a família.

“Casina” perfettamente in linea con il contesto Assisi. Posizione strategica per scoprire la cittadina da sopra a sotto in ogni suo aspetto.Molto comodo e piacevole lo spazio cucina per organizzarsi in autonomia se lo si desidera . Un'esperienza da rifare sicuramente! Coniugi responsabili della struttura sempre disponibili e cordiali! alla struttura non manca niente! è risultata accogliente, comoda e soprattutto in una posizione centrale. 5 stelle sicuramente meritate.
