Near the beach you can barbecue with a kettle grilll while enjoying the evening sun. You have your own rowing boat available and the possibility to rent an outboard motor (check the reservation situation in advance). The cabin is located on a gentle slope, stairs down to the shore. The distance to the beach is about 30 meters. The cabin is equipped with amenities, so even a longer stay will go well. Wood-heated sauna offers soft steams. The villa offers great views of Päijänne and the surrounding dry terrain does not favor mosquitoes. The cottage is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility. There is some iron in the tap water and it might cause some smell/taste into the water. However, it's examined and safe to use. Guest can bring drinking water along, if he prefers to do that. The Pulkkilanharju landscape route and the Päijänne National Park are a few kilometers away, several inland water cruises are nearby, and much more to see and do in the area.
