酒店離慕尼黑展館10多分鐘的車程,乾乾淨淨,比較傳統的風格,樓下的餐廳特別棒,據説有很多年的歷史了,就是房頂比較低,房間裏一個大斜頂

Very clean and nice infrastructure. Kind people at the reception all over our stay. A four star hotel with expensive extra payment for parking and breakfast.....the way they manage the cleaning of rooms is at least original.....if you do not ask before 0830 am the cleaning of the room they simply ignore you.... The hotel is very close to a quite busy street although its location is very comfortable for reaching Munich downtown: there is a bus stop on the other side of the street. Unfortunately, the room we were assigned has really disappointed us: located under the roof and at the end of one of the two wings of the hotel just above the street, it has been really hot and noisy. Additionally, the bathroom was really small and totally uncomfortable. When I arrived at the reception, I have been asked to pay for the entire stay and when I asked later to change the room, the person at the reception just answered that the change was not possible. In the room there was only a tower fan with limited timed working.

The hotel's standards for health, safety, and service were incredibly lacking during our recent stay. Despite our long-standing patronage during ISPO time, the quality never matched the purported four-star rating. Upon arrival this year, my colleague and I were given a room riddled with mold and filth, and another one inconveniently close to noisy areas. Expressing concern about potential disturbance, the receptionist responded rudely and dismissively. Despite the unpleasant conditions, we reluctantly decided not to argue but planned to request a new room the next day. The state of the bedding was appalling, with foul odors and visibly stained duvets. In the morning, a different receptionist acknowledged the unacceptable conditions, especially the mold, and assured us of a room change upon our return. However, upon our late return, new staff claimed no record of our issue, insisting the hotel was fully booked despite evidence to the contrary. After my colleague insisted on leaving, a room suddenly became available for her, yet no solution was offered for me. Despite assurances of discounts, the replacement room still had mold issues. Attempts to review the bill were denied, with the manager unavailable on-site and only offering a callback. When the manager did call, instead of apologizing, he resorted to blaming our supposed difficulty as guests and complained to my company about my behavior. The breakfast experience further soured our stay, with the front office staff rudely shouting at patrons. This unacceptable experience compels me to take action, and I intend to contact the German Health and Safety department for an inspection of the rooms affected by mold and inadequate cleanliness.

I was glad to have chosen this hotel for a 3-night stay. The room was cozy but clean, everything in very good condition, big variety of choices for breakfast actually I don't think there was anything you couldn't get for breakfast and the manager at the breakfast area is a very friendly guy that welcomes you with a smile. The staff at the reception were also very friendly and helpful. Apart from the in-house restaurant which is very good there are also some very good restaurants at walking distance. It takes 15 min to the Messe and the bus stop is right across the street. Will most probably stay again as the location is very convenient to me for either getting fast to Munich or driving to Manching. The area is also very quiet for an undisturbed night sleep. I would only wish that there were some umbrellas or something similar at the nice quiet back terrace protecting from rain.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel 3 Zimmer gebucht, da wir als Aussteller auf der Messe München waren. Für 5 Nächte haben wir ein kleines Vermögen bezahlt. Die RezeptionistInnen waren sowas von unfreundlich und unhilfsbereit, das haben wir noch nie erlebt und wir reisen viel. Ein Bitte/Danke existiert dort weder an der Rezi noch beim Frühstückspersonal. Aufgrund dubioser Corona Ausreden, wollten sie unsere Zimmer nicht putzen. Wir sollen mit dem Hotelmanager sprechen, wenn wir unsere Zimmer geputzt haben wollen. Die Zimmer wurden dann dahingehend "geputzt", dass lediglich die Decke über das Bett geworfen wurde und die Handtücher getauscht wurden. Allerdings gaben sie uns dann anstatt zwei Handtüchern nur noch ein Handtuch. Die Zimmer waren im Übrigen altmodisch und geschmacklos eingerichtet. Nachdem ich mir abends immer eine Tasse Tee aufs Zimmer nahm, waren jeden Tag ein leeres Teehäferl am Tisch. Weggeräumt hat es drei Tage niemand vom Hotel, erst als ich die drei Tassen mitten auf den Gang vor dem Zimmer stellte, wurde es mitgenommen. Am ersten Tag aßen wir im hoteleigenen Restaurant, wobei das Essen lieblos und grausig serviert wurde. Am zweiten Tag ging ich zur Rezeption um eine Restaurantempfehlung außerhalb des Hotels zu erfragen, wo der Rezeptionist antwortete: Ich kenne in der Gegend kein Restaurant außer unseres im Hotel. Obwohl rund um das Hotel zig Restaurants sind. Alles in allem eine Zumutung. Wir waren wirklich froh, als wir dann endlich abreisen konnten.

Daher war diese auch anderweitig in Betrieb, sodass sich hier schnell leere Tassen etc. ansammeln können. In der Umgebung empfehlen wir stets fünf naheliegende Restaurants, sollte eine Abwechslung zu unserem Restaurant gewünscht sein. Hierzu stehen Ihnen unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Gerne hätten wir Sie von uns überzeugt. Sah erst mal gut aus im Netz. Gute Bewertung bei TA. Dann bei Buchung im Internet kamen die versteckten Nebenkosten: Parkplatz 18 € je Nacht (Aschheim ist kein Airport sondern ein Dorf)! Frühstück auch nicht inkl. Das geht besser. Haben dann woanders gebucht
